We have been practicing physical therapy for over 20 years. Our background includes CrossFit, basketball, football, running, climbing, skiing and other mountain sports. I've worked with a lot of PTs over the years and have been very impressed with Adam's ability to work with my complex injuries! He has a great wealth of knowledge to draw upon and does a great job of explaining the 'why' behind everything.
I'd highly recommend Adam and Rogue! I went to see Adam after I completed a marathon. In my attempt to take it easy my "back went out" or so I thought. When I went to see Adam we discussed my training and what activity I was doing, once I gave Adam the lay of the land he went to work. He was passionate about his work and my recovery.

Services
Rogue Rehabilitation and Performance is considered an out-of-network provider for third-party payers. More specifically, we do not accept an insurance assignment of benefits. As a cash-based physical therapy clinic, we still diagnose, document, code, bill and collect similarly to any traditional PT you may have seen in the past.

Adam is the best! He has helped me with two different injuries- one very odd one with my right hand and a partial rotator cuff tear. He’s so patient when he listens to you talk about the your concerns, and then diligently walks you through his diagnostic process. I always leave with so much information!
He was spot on with his return to sport assessment. I felt very personally cared for by the sequence/progression of exercises I was given. It’s very comforting to know he’s nearby if I have another injury come up again.

Adam was wonderful! I have had PT in the past, but never from this perspective. He is very knowledgeable and equally good at explaining body mechanics and showing you what’s actually going on. I learned so much from my initial visit with him and I feel well equipped to make changes moving forward to become a stronger and more balanced climber and person!

Rogue Rehabilitation and Performance is a fantastic clinic and I would recommend to family and friends. Adam Schiltz was my PT for a finger pulley injury and he took extra time to walk me through the diagnosis, prognosis, and curated a detailed rehabilitation plan to get me back to rock climbing and exercise. His method is personal (e.g., he asked thoughtful questions about my goals and activities), mindful (e.g., he took a nuanced approach to getting me back to "normal" quickly while emphasizing the importance of restful activities), and well-researched (e.g., he informed me all of the latest

I love Rogue Rehab! So convenient to be at my gym. Affordable, because we're all doing selfcare/healthcare on a budget aren't we? Very skilled, compassionate, and holistic experts. My experiences with Adam and Leslie have gotten me from a low mobility situation back to my normal routine and they have more expertise to give me in order to make sure that I don't end up with another injury or mobility-limiting situation. The acute relief of my pain was fast when I needed it, but we're not stopping there with a band-aid. They are making sure that I am taking care of myself holistically moving forward

I’ve been seeing Shannon at Rogue Rehabilitation for a few sessions now. She really listens and gives excellent care. She provides a number of exercises and workouts to help you get stronger, and recover faster. I’ve loved going back each time for follow ups and for her to see the progress. If you’re needing a great PT, go see Shannon!

Adam is a super solid PT and is especially skilled with dry needling. I've had several dry needling sessions with him, and in all cases was impressed with the effectiveness of this modality, and Adam's ability to solve pesky issues that massage and stretching couldn't resolve. He's also just a good person to meet and get treatment from. Highly recommended.

Zack has been super helpful with my ankle sprain recovery. I have always been the person to sprain something… a finger, an ankle, and just use the RICE method and get back out doing activities as soon as possible. I’m so thankful I finally went in to get PT when normally I would just WebMD and do the best I can. Zack is an excellent listener, was able to explain my injury mechanics and then was able to get me on a recovery program within the first visit. He is quick to adapt throughout the healing process and his massage and physical manipulation techniques seem to always be just the right

I've met with Adam twice for two separate issues; thankfully both issues weren't chronic, so follow up visits weren't necessary. Adam is not only a wealth of knowledge, he very clearly articulates probable reasons for the injury, and strategies to resolve it. Additionally, his warm and friendly demeanor make him very easy and enjoyable to chat with during treatment. I highly recommend Adam and Rogue Rehab!
