Pretty much the same review as SAL and Florida living did. The same issue my wife and I had. I agree!!!!! lawyer up people . Have a Proper representation on your side from start to finish or you will pay at the end. Once that contract is sign your pretty much done. Misleading and failure to communicate with you constantly. EXAMPLE WE had few serious concerns weeks before closing and they would not respond till the last day of the closing. VERY MISLEADING. Because both real-estate agents worked for each other. I never felt like the real estate agent had our best interest in heart in anyway. They

Nice people but my issues were the fees charged before & after renting. Over $100 just for them to clean the mobile home before we are allowed to move in & on top of that we had to clean the house in order for our furniture to be moved in due to the house not being anywhere near clean. There are over 15 issues including electrical which is very dangerous & could cause a fire🔥.

An amazing team! We were so blessed by each person we dealt with through the process of selling our home. From the beginning, meeting with Robbie to the day after our sale and purchase hearing from Leesa to make sure all was well, they were awesome.
