I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to after such a great experience! We used Harris Limo for a long overdue girls night. Our driver Alex was amazing. He was polite, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The limo itself was also very clean and well maintained. For the service & attention to detail, the price could not be beat. We will definitely use this company again!

Terrible service. One the buses smelled like vomit and the other one's AC stopped working halfway through our tour. The upholstery in the bus was ripped and falling off the ceiling and all of the buttons for music and ac had smudges and fingerprints all over them. The buses were clearly never cleaned prior to our event.
The only reason I used their buses was because the company I booked with had to outsource two buses with Harris limo. I got four buses and the two that I had issues with ended up being Harris limos. Don't waste your money.

We booked them for our wedding in May, and were extremely disappointed. The AC in the limo did not work, and we were forced to open the windows on an 85 degree day while in our wedding clothes. The driver told us he made the owner aware multiple times before our event, and they never fixed it. The limo itself wasn't in the best condition either. I would not recommend anyone using Harris Limo.

According to the US Dept of Transportation website, this company is listed as OUT OF SERVICE to transport passengers. If the USDOT says not to use a transportation company, I'd be crazy to try to book anything with Harris Limo, no matter what kind of vehicles they might have. If they have not complied with federal regulations and they are not authorized to carry passengers, I'd not want to have to risk anyone I know being found in 1 of their vehicles. Great experience with Harris Limo. I have rented from them for several occasions the service is outstanding. They offer some of the best and largest limos in Charlotte. They have that boutique feel that a luxury limo company should have. The owner is extremely friendly and nice. Very charismatic. They call you right before your reservation. On top of limos, Harris Limo also offers Party Buses. You've probably seen many of their party buses in uptown Charlotte. They are really nice and not old converted school buses. Really comfortable. We hired them to take my daughter and 21 other kids to the prom in a big party limo.....they took my $400 deposit, we had multiple conversations leading up to prom night, and then 20 minutes before they were to pick the kids up, claimed they had no record of our reservation!!!! They screwed these poor kids over, on that special night, and now I'm fighting to get my $400 back (despite proof of payment on my credit card).
Please tell EVERYONE you know in the Charlotte
