Skyline Car Service was great. The Lincoln Navigator SUV we had was very clean and comfortable and Chad was extremely helpful in getting our reservations right and executed, even though we had to change them several times due to some moving calendar dates. You can tell that Chad is serious about his business and gets an A+++ for going the extra mile with exceptional service.

Booked the service online to get to the airport from Fort Mill and called to confirm our ride. The driver also called the night before and recommended leaving 20m earlier to the airport. The next morning the driver never showed up. Tried calling back several times and he seemed to turn off his phone after the 3rd call. Was lucky to get an Uber in time to make my flight.
##Update - upgraded from 1 to 2 stars because the owner later called to apologize. I'm glad he was sorry and took ownership.

I HIGHLY recommend Skyline Car Service in Charlotte/Fort Mill. Wayne saved the day for us when my daughter’s flight from Boston to Charlotte was delayed several hours and our previous transportation canceled. It was a completely last minute frantic call to Wayne, who offered to pick up my daughter and drive her to Columbia. He is extremely personable, texted my daughter instructions on where to meet and sent a photo of himself so she would know how to find him, made sure she checked in with me upon arrival and sent me the photo, texted me once he had her secured and under way to Columbia, walked

From the moment I picked up the phone to make my reservation to saying
goodnight to my driver when I arrived back home I knew I was in good hands. As if going to the concert wasn't joyful enough, the good people at Skyline made my evening even more enjoyable with their friendliness and willingness to make sure I knew I would be well taken care of!! Well done!

My wife and I needed a ride to the airport. We contacted a few of the limo services in town. When we talked to Tom at Skyline Car Services, we knew this is who we wanted to use. He was courteous and competitive.
We had our luggage on the porch when Tom arrived. He loaded us in his SUV, then off to the airport. Upon arriving, my wife noticed that we had left her carry on bag in our house. Without hesitation, Tom said I will take you back to get it.
When we returned from Chicago, Aaron picked us up and was very courteous throughout the entire trip back from the airport.
A few days had gone by

We had a great experience using Skyline. Wayne was especially very helpful throughout the experience. He was on time picking us up for the airport and got us there safely. While we were out of the country, he even helped us book the return trip from the airport and was waiting for us when we landed. If you want a convenient and professional service, I would highly recommend Wayne and Skyline Car Service.

This was our first experience with Skyline and it was great. The drivers were prompt (and our home isn't easy to find), courteous and safety-conscious. The cars were newer models, very clean and comfortable. Tom had to pick us up very early in the morning but he was as pleasant as can be. Anthony had to wait because our plane was delayed over an hour. Despite the late hour (11:00 pm), he was very personable. The cost of the round trip was LESS than leaving our car at the airport and we saved any wear and tear on our vehicles. We didn't have to wait for any shuttle buses; wrestle with our luggage
