Credit card authorization is obtained 24-48 hours prior to pick up time. As ALL CHARGES are Pre-Authorized, drivers will not collect charges in cash.

I could not be happier with United Limousine. Getting my original quote was timely, and the cost was reasonable. My initial booking was confirmed via phone call soon after I made it online. The day before each of my rides I was called to confirm time and place. On the day of my ride I was given my driver’s number. As soon as I landed in CLT, I received a text from my driver that he was waiting for me at the designated place. My driver, Al, was very professional in appearance and manner. The cars were nice. Clean, comfortable and in good condition. Al was engaging to my tween daughter instead

Lee communicated with me from the moment i booked my car, to the moment i touched down. He didn’t rush me, he was waiting for me at baggage claim with a sign with my name on it. He was respectful and courteous and took my bag the moment that I met him. He whisked me off to a cooled car as requested, with iced refreshments… he was a very safe driver, knew his way around, and delivered me with care to my destination… I’ll be sure to use this company in the future!!

United Limousine Charlotte is, hands down, the BEST car service around! Their team is extremely professional and accommodated my requests, despite my last minute call for service. I can not say enough about the experience with my driver, Archie! He arrived early to pick me up, the SUV was cleaned to perfection, he provided me with TOP notch service and we had great conversation to boot! My ride was supposed to take 1 hour, but it felt like only 20 minutes because of the enjoyable conversation. He took EXCELLENT care of me!!! We now have United Limousine Charlotte locked in for future car service
