Daly Movers provided exceptional service for what was quite a stressful and intimidating event: moving out of our home for 23 years to a different state. From the initial contact with the salesperson Jason all the way through to the delivery crew, we had professional, friendly service. Our dates were tentative, we used their storage facility for some items and the inventory kept changing too. Daly movers simply adjusted with our needs. Renay was the efficient in-office coordinator; Jason was almost spot on with his estimate of the weight to be moved and he came out three times to reassess everything

I cannot say enough good about Daly Movers. Due to being in the military, I had my belongings in storage for years. Tracy was always extremely helpful to me. When it came time to move, Renay flawlessly arranged for the truck to come all the way to Texas. The moving team led by Michael from Wheaton did an awesome job and really went the extra mile helping me arrange larger items. Finally, Donna from Wheaton resolved a claim for me very quickly. An entirely professional team I would not hesitate to trust with my household goods.

From the estimator, to the Renay the salesperson, to the movers themselves...Class Act!
When a company charges by the hour, as a consumer, you feel the workers will move slowly to milk the clock. That was not the case with Daly Movers. The two guys they sent me were young, fast, and efficient! We finished an hour and half a head of the estimated time.
I will use Daly Movers again and would highly recommend them to my friends and family

After 20+ years in the military and numerous moves, this was the best company I've had assigned, hands down! I don't get to choose the company responsible for my moves, since the military contracts them out, but typically, they are less than desirable. This move was from England to California, so Daly Movers had to rely on a separate company to pack the items and they were responsible for delivery.
When they showed up, it was a team of 3 men. They were very friendly and professional and immediately started putting plastic throughout the house to keep from leaving any footprints. My house is brand

This Company is a complete joke. I’ve never met a company that doesn’t know the true meaning of customer service. From the very beginning they quote you a bogus price, they seem to change their minds on what is right and what is wrong. They quote you a time of 14-21 days for the delivery of your belongings when it took over 30 days. I have an 11 month old baby that had to sleep in a pack n play for an additional two weeks because they couldn’t get their stuff in order. They say it took longer because they had a cancellation, but I asked them how is that my fault. I signed the contract and

The packing crew did a great job - wore masks, polite and moved quickly and efficiently. Next day the moving crew arrived and did a great job. We moved about 392 miles away so two days later we met the moving crew - again met our expectations. As we unpacked we found everything in good condition and Blaine went above and beyond when we discovered our old office desk was too big and he took it away to drop off at a dump site. Could not have asked for more and p.s. this was the lowest bid of three companies that gave a bid!!

Just completed our third corporate cross-county move and it was my second time working with Daly Movers on the packing/loading end. Jesus Myers and his team were prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional. It was a pleasure working with them during a stressful time for my family and everything arrived on the other end in working order. My experience with Daly Movers, Inc. came about when I had a flood in my apartment and my apartment complex hired them to move 3 bedrooms from first floor into 2 bedrooms to third floor.
Nice guys but I don't believe they where properly trained. They where given a timeframe to move me and they where in a rush. They moved all items first then towards the end they moved my washer and refrigerator.
The problem was that they did not unplug my fridge a couple hours before the move and to wait a couple hours after the move to plug my fridge in.
They plugged it in right away and my fridge never

The worst experience of my life. Let me list for you the highlights of my experience:
- The representative that came out to quote lied and told me the movers that were picking up my belongings would be the ones delivering.
- They had my belongings for a total of two weeks and a delivery window of ten days yet they still managed to deliver late. I was given several different delivery dates and times just to be changed at the last minute. The office was unable to tell me the exact location of my things the entire time they had them.

I can't believe I used this company... and am still using them. Why? Because it has been 3 weeks since they packed my belongings in OC, CA to move to Kansas City and I still don't know if my items are "safe" in CA or on their way to be delivered "who knows when".
There isn't company initiated communication to update me, I have to call every day and ask for a status. Which, by the way doesn't change... we're busy, this is the busy time of year, let me check for you, I will ask logistics... I will get back to you tomorrow.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Mischeduled delivery dates, accountability for our stuff is useless because no one knows where anything is at. It's ridiculous. Never would I recommend this company. Inconsistent and absolutely no importance to military personnel. Simply unprofessional to the highest degree!

The moving team that came to pack my condo up was professional, efficient, and courteous. I would definitely use them again! I held off any updates until I received my household goods at the far end. And it turns out that Daly is even worse than I could have possibly imagined. Brackets to TVs are missing, furniture items were disassembled and the parts (like footings for dressers) are gone altogether (after all, why would you put them together? That would make far too much sense). Pathetic and frankly sad.
Absolutely the worst move of my 26-year military career and it's all thanks to Daly. Just horrendous. If you have any alternative to these folks, take it. They are not worth the agony.
