R&L Changing Lives is a licensed Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program for Adults and Children, that provide services that ensures that consumers in our program receive quality mental health services. We offer flexibility and accessibility to clients who have histories on noncompliance through clinical treatment recommendations.

Services
The primary function of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist is to oversee the coordination of care, rehabilitation planning and proper documentation of all service delivery for each individual receiving PRP (Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program) services.
Responsible for oversight and co-facilitation of 60 hours of on-site training of all new direct care staff (Rehabilitation Coordinators/RC's) required by COMAR regulations and CARF conformance standards.Responsible for co-facilitating orientation of all new hires to the COMAR, CARF and company polices/ procedures related to service delivery and documentation.

In order to be admitted into the program, the client must be referred by a mental health professional, has to be receiving ongoing clinical services at the time of referral, or must have an AXIS I diagnosis indicating a severity of psychiatric symptoms that indicate the need for psychiatric rehabilitation services.
