Somehow, this plastic surgery clinic signed up with the state of California to administer COVID vaccines. I had an appointment scheduled today at 3pm and the door was locked, office closed. I had to leave work for this appointment and do not appreciate the lack of professionalism and neglect of the patient experience and disregard for my health. I work in healthcare and know how the Myturn.ca.gov process works, this office is not managing their appointments properly and should not be allowed to administer vaccines if they are going to be closed and unreachable by phone.

She has to be the WORST Plastic Surgeon! She doesn't know how to inject Botox plus she works at a snails pace! She had drawn out the botox for my wife's forehead in individual pre measured needles and she didn't know where to inject! She doesn't seem comfortable injecting simple botox - I can't imagine how uncomfortable she is during surgery! My wife was in so much pain afterwards and her pain lasted for several weeks. I recently had a "mommy makeover" with Dr. Trott. I've always worked out hard and eaten healthy food, but as a mom of two boys, working full time, I was not happy with how my body looked. Dr. Trott performed a breast reduction with a lift as well as some liposuction around my abdominal area and back. Dr. Trott is absolutely awful. She completely botched my breast augmentation. She put in MUCH larger implants that we had agreed on. She also went 4 hours over the surgery time that she quoted and then tried to charge me thousands of dollars for the extra time. She also was very open about the medications she takes - antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds. Looking back I should have seen those as a red flag. I'm not sure what caused her to completely go against what we had agreed upon in my pre-op, but I honestly wonder if she had forgotten to take her medication or what her state of mind

Dr. Trott is a patient-centered doctor, who greets you with a hug rather than a formal handshake (assuming you are open to a hug, of course...) and takes every pre- and postoperative precautionary measure to make sure that everything go smoothly. I chose Dr. Trott from her glowing online reviews and I am so glad I did! She truly is as wonderful as everyone raves about. I had a breast reduction surgery that went a few hours longer than expected because she has so much attention to detail she wanted it to turn out perfect. And I am so happy with the result.

I hardly even know how to get across how strongly I recommend her. She does incredible work. She's great at listening to what you want and any concerns you have. She's patient and caring, and you'll definitely be safe in her hands. She's also innovative. She's always doing research and staying up to date.
I would trust her with my life - in fact, I literally have trusted her with my life and I'd do it again.

Dr. Trott has changed my life! I found her by getting recommendations from about 4 girlfriends who had the same procedure I was going in for. All were happy with their results, so I knew she was definitely someone I wanted to meet with. As soon as I met her for my initial consultation, I knew she was the surgeon for me.
