Clearly not a fan of BLACK PEOPLE. I understand that some black people can be a bit much but as a professional hairstylist that has a predominantly white upscale clientele I would never dream of treating any human like they choose to treat my people. This is not the first time I have came here either. My client Sara told me about this place so I tired again. I didn’t get my nails done because the guy had to leave but my pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had. I felt rushed and could tell she didn’t even want to do it. This is beyond frustrating because I could of went a million other places

I decided to try a new nail salon so I googled this one and headed there. The reception told me I was next, other walk ins who wanted simple services went ahead of me and I ended up waiting for an hour before I was sat which is fine.
My problem was, on the menu I saw they had the regular set soak off. I needed to get my old nails removed, so when I was sat I told the nail tech Katie I would like to get my nails removed and I wanted a full dip set.
They were closing in about an hour at this point, so I suppose she didn’t want to waste time properly taking my old dip set off. Instead of pulling

I typically never leave reviews but I’m very unhappy. I got my nails done on a Friday and that same day one of my nails broke on my right hand. The next day I came in to get the nail fixed and the man at the front was very rude and nonchalant and ended up telling me it would be a 45 minute wait so I told them I’d be back on Monday because that was my off day. Monday morning I called ahead to make sure my nail tech was available and they said yes and told me to come at 1:30pm. When I got there he told me it was an additional 45 minute wait because he was doing a set Therefore I sat and waited

There was no wait when I got there. Helen was able to get started on me and overall did a good job on my nails. I am concerned with the fact I never saw a fresh pack of sterilized tools (she very well could have grabbed them from another room). Pedicure was good (lasted about twenty minutes). Compared to other nail salons this experience was okay!

My 1st visit 7-11-21 The best nail salon I've ever been to , everything was absolutely beautiful and perfect . My nail tech Kim is AWESOME AWESOME I just can't say enough about her.
