I’ve been going to see Tony for years now and I always leave happy with my nails! He is so nice and remembers you when you walk in the door. I haven’t used the other technicians, but they are always very friendly and helpful as well!

I love my nails so much, I’m currently writing this review from the parking lot. I got my nails done by Lyn today! I asked for pink oval-shaped dip nails and they came out so cute! I will definitely be coming back again :)

I was a very loyal customer and I came back for my birthday every year even though I live an hour away.
This year I’ve decided to get dipping powder on my finger nails because I needed it to last for at least two weeks for my birthday trip...
I am so so angry and disappointed.. One finger cracked the next day and the dipping powder on it came off and as a result my finger nail broke!!!!! The next day a few more chipped in the corners and another one is about to break off and as you can see in the pictures this is only after barely a week.

You would think after spending $45 for dip your nails would look amazing. Not the case here. They are so bumpy, thick and thin. For a salon that has been around as long as this one and in a prime location they would have better nail techs.
Don't bother saying anything. They will not do anything about it. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else!!

On Valentine's Day?!!!! I had a cut on my finger so I waited to get my bails done until after it healed- To keep everyone safe and clean. I go in today, wanted pedi and my nails dipped as I always get (Not here, this was just by my job) the lady that was doing my nails started taking the of dip off- extremely FAST - I didn't say anything cause she finished as soon as I was going to say please slow down on my next finger- she CUT me there was so much blood 2 others came with products and towels- I told her not to use the cloth towels I asked for paper towels. I immediately left - NOTHING

Came to get pampered for my bachelorette party with my girlfriends. I decided to get only a manicure since my pedicure was still fresh, but sat with my girls in the pedi chairs. They were offered drinks, I was not. My stylist started scraping at my toes and didn't acknowledge me when I told her to stop and tried to pull my foot away. When I finally got another stylists attention by raising my voice she asked me "why didn't you say something". My stylist didn't speak or understand any English or cues. They attempted to add clear coat on top of my now scraped gel polish,

Wow! Wow! Wow! This honestly is the best place to get a spa treatment. I walked in and explained what I wanted. They showed me a book that listed all their services and they even offer complimentary beverages. The wait was a little long, but it was well worth it. Once it was my turn I got the best service. Sorry I forgot her name, but she gave me a lot of great tips on care for my nails and took her time giving me a manicure. They were about to close, but she didn't rush. I'm on week 3 and i know I've been due for another manicure, but let me tell you they still look good! I will

Tony did a great job on my Mani & Pedi.
He talked me into the slightly more expensive but more relaxing Pedicure, didn't take much to change my mind. I enjoyed being pampered for once.
He offered me a drink and after requesting water he brought me a glass of refreshing cucumber flavored water.
There is a gentlemen that welcomes you in and asks what services you would like, which was helpful.
Tony did awesome and I totally recommend you going to Zizi's!

I have had nothing but good experiences since I've been going for the last few months. I tried ombre dip for the 1st time and Anne did a great job. I have had awesome pedicures and manicures by Mary Ann also. They have so many dip powder colors to choose from! I'm not usually in there too long and the wait time is pretty reasonable. They do appointments as well. They also offer beverages from cucumber water to soda or wine.

I go here all the time to get powdered dipped nails and every time I have gone it has been a great experience. I have read other reviews about other services which I have personally never done, but this one was worth it. Although it is a little pricey.
If you get powdered dipped one color no extensions it is $37
If you get powdered dip with extensions it's $42
To be honest though every other place is just as expensive maybe more.

This picture is 1 month and 10 days after from the day I got them done! They lasted super long with no liftings or cracks. If I could, I'd keep them forever *crying*.
The marble design was painting by hand using powder. Thank to the awesome nail technician Danny for this beautiful set, always patient and took his time, very detailed. I got a lot of compliments from my customers, co-workers and even my boyfriend loved it. Definitely worth the price!

I must say The Last trip that I took I was very displeased with the service that I obtained Miss Kim did a partially good pedicure I still have callus on the side of my left and right foot and when I got my eyebrows waxed with Holly she went way too far away to thin with you skinny all you need to do is clean up an arch and overcharged me on that as well I felt basically lesson than a usual customer that I really am I'm a very good Tipper I never complain I'm always sweet and that was uncalled for I will not be returning to this establishment because of these reasons

Previous Experience: I've been to Zizi's on two occasions now, the first time I felt extremely rushed and wasn't impressed with my manicure. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was a Saturday. Although I did not love the service or the quality I did not complain thinking I would come back based on the other reviews and have a completely different experience...
The wait: I returned today to celebrate a Friend's birthday on a weekday in the middle of the day (about 2PM). We waited about 20 minutes before there was someone available to start our pedicures which honestly

My mother, daughter, and I had a great experience today. I called at 1pm for 3, 3 o'clock pedicures and I was accommodated. W walked in at 2:55 and they had 3 chairs all set together ready for us. The establishment was clean and everyone was nice. The lady that did my daughter's toes and nails even started a conversation with her. She's 7 and liked being treated like a real client. Massage I recieved was also great, not soft and flimsy there was actual good pressure. We will be back!
