The New Brown Jug

I grew up eating brown jug pizza and always had wonderful service. This location has the most ignorant disrespectful service I've ever encountered. I ordered three pizzas at 10:30 am online. The website quoted my order wouldn't be ready until 11:45 because they open at 11. The pizzas were going to a Nursing home but i had to cancel the order because of quarantine. I called at 11:12am on Saturday morning and the female that answered kept putting me on hold. I called back and was put on hold again. And Finally she answered the phone and I told her i needed to cancel an order. She told me i would

Where can I start with The Brown Jug....left me with nothing besides a brown mess in the toilet. Do not order the chicken tenders, they're just frozen Tyson tenders from Market Basket. Sesame seeds on the calzones? When did this become acceptable? I don't fully understand why, the portion size was also 4 slices and you could barely pull it apart. 4 slices!?!? Are we making food for smurfs? The only acceptable, edible part of their menu were the wings which were fantastic. This is the place you go to when you're so drunk you don't care what the hell you eat. One star from me, do better or Gordon

Casual eating place. The best thin crust pizza ! Good beer selection as well as predinner cocktails. Our server was very attentive.

Has to be one of the top pizza places for pizza in Massachusetts. If u want good pizza. Good bar atmosphere done in seoerate area and outside travel and come to this place and try this pizza. You won't regret it

Highly recommended! Comfortable atmosphere, great food and service even with the shortage of help. I'm new to Revere this was the first place I visited I'll be coming back for a long time. Thank you to everyone at the Brown Jug for making me feel so welcome and part of the family.

2 out of the 4 times that I’ve ordered from here they haven’t given me what I asked for. Food is good but in terms of receiving what you asked for well then that’s 50/50 lol. Always being kind and stuff but that doesn’t make up for messing up orders does it? Especially for take out what’s going to happen if you give someone something that they didn’t order and get an allergic reaction???? Jokes. Should’ve been 5 star but everytime I order its for take out as well. If you plan on eating here then make sure it’s for dine in.

Easily some of the best pizza in MA. Right up there with East Boston Santarpios. Prices little bit higher but worth the trip you won't be disappointed.

This place is fantastic! There are a million places that have pizza, wings, and other apps. However, not many places have good pizza and wings. Well, The Brown Jug has just that! Honorary mention to the toasted ravioli as they were also fantastic. Honestly, everything I have had from here was a cut above what I would have expected. I plan to make this a regular spot from which I order. So happy we discovered this place!!

I love the jug!! Such a great atmosphere and the pizza and drinks are always amazing!! The service is always amazing too Kassandra and Aline are the best so helpful, so accommodating, kind, friendly, and overall amazing I look forward to seeing them whenever I go!!

DJ was there last night playing all cool 80’s music, keno, big tv’s on the bar… side. Drinks are excellent BUT if you like thin pizza they make the best💙. Last night the sweetest girls from Jameson Whiskey were there giving out free samples. Woot woot plus some giveaways! My honey won a free Jameson basketball they gave me a small nerf ball for our golden💕🐾💕. She ate it the minute we got home. Lol

Great pizza! Great potato skins and chicken tenders! Great music! Sports on the TV..Marisa at the bar! Awesome time.

Their wings are bomb. Cheese pizza is good. Service is honestly hit or miss. They could have one table and you can get bad service or a full place and get decent service. It makes no difference. It’s always hit or miss. Delivery or take out is as well. There’s been a couple times where they “forgot to make it” or something else. However, this is a Chelsea staple and favorited by locals. The employees are warm and welcoming. Prices are fair and the bar is awesome.

Hidden gem tucked away behind McDonalds. Friendly staff, great service. Pretty extensive menu, creative pizzas- see scampi pizza. Good for carry out. Will definitely return!
