Phil and the guys are guys are great. They have helped us navigate the world of paid off & high mileage. They have good deals on tires. They work with our work schedules to get us in & out. One of our cars is a VW and they have been great with all its idiosyncrasies. Once again thank you for taking care of us.

Don't bother with this place they never answer their phones and are unwilling to help tried calling multiples times and no response

Had a bad experience, but after learning the problem I recant my opinion. Nick and his crew are amazing. I will actually never take my business any place else. . Absolutely awesome people.

If I could give a (-) Star I would. My sons car stalled on Saturday Apr 4 so he had it towed in to Alvarez Tire in Chino because it was only thing open. They erased the check engine codes without writing them down. Then they told him it needed a throttle body on April 11. I'd had the entire vehicle gone through on March 19-20 at Firestone in Phoenix and checked engine and coolant system as part Of the vehicle inspection.
On April 22 I called to see if car was done-- mind you... no contact from them at all. .. and they said they replaced the throttle body but "that wasn't it

I can't imagine being treated as well as I have been here. I have been dealing with Nick and now with Phil and Nick for over 3 years and their word is their bond!

Over the phone quoted me the best price after speaking to several other providers. Went in today and they had me ready to go in 45 minutes.
This is a busy store and now I understand why. Great products, service, staff and at a fair price.

It's unfortunate I have to write this review. My husband and I have generally always been pleased with the service we get at Alverez, whether it's the Chino or PV location. But after two fails this week, we won't patron them anymore.

I went in on Wed 1/8 for an alignment on my truck. I had an 11 am appointment. I was running a little behind and so my husband called to tell them. They said that is fine. I get there about 11:15 and turn my keys over. I then wait. And wait and wait some more. They let me truck sit for 45 mins before starting and as I watched, it literally looked as

Horrible! Do NOT go to Alvarez Tire in Prescott Valley! They will lie to you while smiling. Con artists!!! Over priced scam artists

Worth the drive

I have been taking my vehicle to another place. Kept complaining about brake noise. "Oh that's just dust on the brake pads". Alvarez Tire showed me me where not only did I need new pads, but rotors and struts all the way around as well. These guys literally saved me and my wife's lives.

I highly recommend no one goes to the Alvarez in Chino Valley Arizona they sold me bad tires installed me for 4 weeks and they're going to give me new tires now they want to charge me double the amount for the tires I've already paid for I don't suggest you go to this place a ripoff

These guys are great. I had new tires and a leveling kit installed over 2 visits. They did a great job and where very helpful. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when my Jeep was ready. Top notch customer service.

I have done business with Alvarez Tire since moving up here in 2012. We lived in PV then and I used that location. When we moved to Chino I always used Sergio's Tire but when I noticed they had opened a location up here (or at least when I noticed it) I started sending my business their way. This location has always been run by Nick Alvarez. Nick is a good guy and I have nothing but good things to say about him and the way he has treated us in the past. Previously, I have had about 3 sets of tires installed there, a few repairs and if anyone asks me where to get tire work, I always recommend

We purchased 6 Michelin XZA2 Tires for our motorhome. My husband and I shopped around and decided on the Michelin. We worked with Rene. This shop is local and family owned. They are very busy so you have to be patient, but the service and prices are well worth the wait time. We bought the tires before a cross country trip to the east coast. The week before our trip we went camping with our new tires. A few issues came up and called Rene on a Saturday not only did he give us good advise but was willing to stay open late to make it right. You do not get that kind of service from big box tire stores

Just moved to town and was in need of tires and was told by several ppl to come here. My husband had been in the tire business for years so it was a tad weird being on the other end and having to purchase tires.
My husband called late Saturday afternoon which he would've normally waited until Monday but we needed tires ASAP the owner told us he was closing but he would stay open until we got there. Went in to get a couple used 245/75 R16's...they had 2 Goodyear tires that showed little wear...balanced and mounted out the door for $80.00 + $5.00 disposal fee...

I had occasion to use Alvarez Tire three times in the last year and a half. Each time they have provided great service and the best pricing. They do not nickel and dime you with add-ons like a certain other store, saving me over $75.00 on two new tires. This a very busy store, but everyone seems to be working hard to get each customer out the door as quickly as possible. They have earned my business.

Just got 4 new tires. So far so good. Very friendly sales guy. Didn't like the fact that people who don't speak English work there, or pretend they don't when you ask for your old tires that were supposed to be in the back of your truck. How hard is it for a tire guy to understand the words ' old tires '.Really.

We just purchased tires and so far they are doing fine. We spent $600. The issue I have is with the man that lingers around the office, parking lot and nearby shops. This man has a cane and stalks you wherever you go. He persistently will ask you if you need the chips in your windshield fixed. I've been to the shop three times and EVERY SINGLE TIME, he would harass me about the chips in my windshield and on the other vehicle that was with me. It got to the point of me just about yelling for him to leave me alone.
Recently, I went to a nearby sewing shop and got this awkward feeling while

Spent nearly 1000 dollars on 60000 mile tires ..when purchased Raul and Rene the two owners gaurateed the tires..after 6 months and 6500 miles tires were down to 35 percent tread. Both owners agreed to replace for two months..getting the run around the entire time. I had to go to another tire shop to have these tires warrantied. Raul will look you in the eyes and lie...zero integrity . please be warned and use a shop with integrity because this one has none.
