Services
A high percentage of our work has been the provision of full architectural and engineering services for clients who seek a new building and related site improvements to include: utilities, building design, construction documents, and supervision throughout the construction phase. We also provide numerous services for smaller projects with a limited scope including tenant layouts, alterations, and other related services.
Loveless Porter Architects, LLC is proud to support a number of nonprofit organizations that work to make our world a better place. This is done at both a staff and corporate level, with charitable giving, volunteer hours and our Community Builder program, through which we partner with a deserving organization to offer pro-bono or deeply discounted consulting and design services.
Sean was an associate partner in a small firm prior to joining the firm in 2003. Sean became a managing partner in 2007. Sean became the sole owner of Loveless Porter Architects in 2012. Sean is responsible for project management including space planning, design development, construction documents, code research, and construction administration.
