A lot of work involves difficult renovations and adaptive reuse of older buildings, as well as master planning so our clients have a vision of the future development of their facilities. We are not a large firm. We intentionally limit our size to around 10 to 15 professionals, as this allows the Principal to be more involved in each project from beginning to end.
