Meet the experienced and friendly doctors who make Vision Express the leading provider of vision care products and services in Ponte Vedra Beach. Dr. David Falden grew up in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. He received his Associate Degree in Chemistry from Santa Barbara City College, California. He then attended York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where he received his Bachelor's of Science in Physics.
Vision Express at the Markets of Town Center is our newest office location next to Best Buy and Bento. We expanded to this location to provide excellent eye care services, vision care products, and vision rehabilitation / therapy. Our Town Center office has an on-site lab so that we can make most single vision lenses the same day.
With your purchase today, Vision Express will make a donation to give sight to someone in need. Vision Express recently came across a charity in early 2016 that we are now donors for by the name of I Care & Share. This program was developed by the foundation called Optometry Giving Sight.
This foundation began in 2003 by the World Council of Optometry along with Brien Holden Vision Institute Foundation which are UK based, but Optometry Giving Sight came to the US in 2005.Optometry Giving Sight strives to target the prevention of blindness and people with impaired vision who do not have access to eye exams.

I live about hour away from where this place. I drove a hour away for them to tell me that they not going to take my daughter because they are not network with her insurance anymore. That was a waste of my time and gas . That is bad business. People learn to do your job better. Which is not true you try to help me . You want to charge me to see her. Which why I left because you told me I will have to pay for you to see her and 65 dollars for glass because you do not take her insurance. Learn to be consider of other. Sometime you just have to take a lose sometime when you make a mistake. You should

Not much seems to happen quickly at this location. I ordered glasses that took well over 3 months to be delivered and not the 2-4 weeks I was told to expect. I also ordered contacts that took a full month over the 7 day delivery I was told it would take. On both occasions it required several follow-up enquiries by me before anything happened. Either Vision Express doesn't have an internal tracking system on orders, or the staff at this location don't use it.

T exam was in November 2019. I also had a contact lens exam. I left with a new script for glasses and 3 contact lens scripts. My right eye had 1 script for normal use and 1 for far away ( Concerts, Movies, Tennis etc). I still had lenses from my previous script which I used up probably in February.
I did not use my far away right script due to the fact that long range activities were on hold during Covid. I went back to playing tennis and I felt the distance was a little blurry. I also ordered new glasses about a month ago. I received my glasses and noticed my vision was worse then with my previous

This year was my first year going to Vision Express. I needed an exam quickly because I was having headaches and vision problems. I was seen immediately and was reassured by the exam that all was well. I also had the pleasure of having Jerry find me the perfect type of lenses for my work on the computer, while keeping costs down. I did have to return the first pair for a redo, but that was my fault in not being able to get used to the bi-focal type lens. All in all it was a great experience, personal customer service and follow up! Thanks Vision Express!

Great service and even better people.
I started seeing Dr Falden for Vision Therapy after a head injury, and they've helped me make huge strides in being able to live a more normal life.
Everyone has been super supportive during my recovery, and they are more friends than "people who work at the eye doctor's office".
I can't thank them enough for all the help they've given me, and can't recommend them enough.

Let me start by saying the doctor is excellent. The store, however, is far from efficient! I was told my new glasses would take 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called them. The person who answered said someone would have to call me. The next day, after no call, I called again and was told the manager would call within an hour. The next day (again after NO CALL), I called and was promised a call back from the manager. The following day, I was so frustrated, that I went to the store. It was Saturday and they were closed. I went back on Monday and saw the manager. He said "Your glasses are here." After

I drive from Neptune Beach to come here. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the doctors are intelligent and caring. They also have a great selection of glasses for kids, which is a plus. David, the assistant manager, took phenomenal care of me from the beginning to the end, even when they were slammed. Their prices are more than fair, and they were conscience of my budget. I recommend Vision Express.

I live in Gainesville and I chose this optic because they sale the Enchroma lenses for people with colour blindness. They made the trip worth. I had a wonderful experience. The Dr. Alisson Falden is such a delightful person, and David, the office manager, super charismatic and helpful. Please do not hesitate to choose this optic as your place for eye examen and lenses.
