I went to get a new prescription so I could finally get new glasses. Never expecting to meet such a great team of people, from the moment I walked in I could tell it was going to be a good experience. The doctor was so professional and she helped me understand my needs. I wasn't planning on getting anything fancy but I enjoyed the selection so much, I purchased a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses and I am so excited to pick them up soon. I will definitely return when it is time and spread the word to everyone I know

Had a family member go for an eye exam and a retina scan. She asked for the written prescription after the exam. When she asked them to write down the PD ( pupillary distance, a measurement needed to purchase glasses ), they refused. They claimed it is a "liability" if we use that number to purchase glasses elsewhere.
So basically, they are saying they are incompetent at taking that measurement or they want you to force you to purchase glasses at their store. It is the latter. Never have I been to an optometrist who refused to provide this basic information when asked. We pay for the full exam

I was a new patient to this practice and as you can imagine, I was very nervous because I have had a not so good experience elsewhere. From start to finish this place exceeded my expectations. The front desk lady greeted me as soon as I walked through the door (I think her name was Jennifer) I was pretested within minutes and put in an exam room to wait on the doctor, which was only a minute or two. Dr. Williams was very soft spoken, patient and understanding, answered all my questions. She walked me out and gave my information to a girl (who I also think was a Jennifer) and she was very inviting

Excellent service from the moment I walked in. I had some trouble with my insurance but the Receptionist told me to call back once it was fixed and she’ll squeezed me in on that day.
On the day of my appointment, the nurse/ doctor was informative and made sure you understood the information before leaving. Glasses shopping was super fun and again the receptionist was extremely helpful. she matched me with a beautiful pair of glasses that I love.

The staff was awesome and friendly. I wish I could remember the lady who helped me the most. I’m sorry! I’m terrible with names; I do remember she had long brown hair. But she helped me find the perfect pair of frames. She saw that I wasn’t totally in love with much of anything and pulled some frames out that were hidden away. She was very patient when it came to the fitting.
I do think that maybe I will not get the super ultra eye exam next time since my insurance did not cover it. It kind of was not made clear what the super detailed exam entailed, but the doctor was very nice and gentle
