Our Tiger-Cubs Program is our early child development martial arts program and is specifically designed for pre-school and kindergarten students ages 4, 5 and 6 years old. These years are extremely formative years in your child's life, and our Tiger-Cubs training is designed to make a positive impact on your child's physical, social and life skills development.
Build the right foundation for your child with Tiger-Rock's Kids Martial Arts training program. This program is specially designed for elementary students ages 7 to 11 years old. Tiger-Rock Juniors will learn the foundations of martial arts along with continuing to develop their physical, social and life skills development.
Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of Lone Tree provides a positive environment for teens and pre-teens aged 12-15. When a student becomes part of our teen martial arts program, they join a group of like-minded peers. Students experience growth mentally, emotionally, and socially in our program. There are many exciting training, competitive, and leadership opportunities that enhance the student's Tiger-Rock experience.

We love this gym!!! More than the curriculum, the teachers are top notch. Mr. Johnson has an incredible way with kiddos that makes mine work harder than he even knew he could. He has so much fun and learns so much with every class. Mr. Asay and Johnson and all of the other instructors put their heart and soul into this school and you can tell!

I have 2 kids in Tiger Rock with Mr. Asay and his instructors. They are such different children, and yet, this approach to martial arts and teaching of the mind meets both children, where they are. It strengthens their strengths and helps improve the weaknesses/areas of development that are lacking. I love the exercise and challenge that they have at Tiger Rock. But really, that can be done in lots of areas. Nothing else provides the mental training that they get at Tiger Rock. Mr. Asay has such a gift of teaching, and his instructors are all so well-trained and gifted as well. It's not cheap,

What an amazing place this is for kids and families. My son has made so much progress as a martial artist and as a person thanks to the great team at TR. They give children important tools that will carry on for the rest of their lives: hard work, dedication, perseverance and many others, great compliment to good parenting. If you want to get your children on a great life ride in addition to amazing self defense skills you will be missing out if you do not check this place out. As a parent, the most amazing part about Tiger Rock is the difference it has made in my son's life. The instructors have helped him to learn focus and confidence, and the pay-off from this is undeniable. I was unsure, before coming to Tiger Rock, whether martial arts would be good for him. I can now say that bringing him here has been one of the best decisions I could have made for him. I am grateful to Mr. Johnson, Mr. Asay, and Mr. Downing for everything they've done for him!

I came to Tiger Rock initially for a more regimented workout, opportunity to learn self-defense and because of the convenient class schedule. My kids are not part of the school yet as they are too young but they will definitely join as soon as they are 4. What I have gotten out of my time at Tiger Rock is much much more than I ever thought. I am more fit and have also gained a confidence in my abilities to protect myself if ever in a dangerous situation. Very important for a woman! Classes are fun and the students are honestly the best you will find anywhere. Encouraging, challenging and loving

Tiger Rock Martial Arts in Lone Tree is a great, family friendly organization. The instructor, Mr. Asay, is great with students of all ages and actually gets out on the mat and teaches every class himself. As well, he will participate in drills and sparring which is awesome for his students to be able to see. I attend with my wife and two kids in their teens. It's a great time for us to stay connected and get some exercise together. A family that kicks together, sticks together!

My daughter has been attending Tiger Rock of Lone Tree for a year now. She started out as a cub and has just graduated to the junior class. She love Mr Asay and the way he teaches the class. Mr Asay is very professional and know his martial art. He has a very special way of teaching the classes and he connects with the kids. You can see enthusiasm in which every child comes to class with. They are always ready and eager to learn from the "Best"!

My boys have been attending Tiger Rock since May of this year and they absolutely love it! I have been so pleased with the classes and instructors, who are enthusiastic and incredibly dedicated! My boys are excited to go to class every time and we love that they are learning discipline, respect and self-confidence. They are getting a workout both for their bodies and minds! I would highly recommend this program to anyone interested in marital arts, whether adults or children. Mr. Asay has created an amazing community and works really hard to continue to grow the studio and to help each student

Tiger Rock is such an amazing place! A community full of leaders is being created here! Both my son and daughter go here and love Mr. Asay. My daughter has developed such courage and strength. My son continues to demonstrate advancement and leadership. We are so lucky Mr. Asay chose Lone Tree as home for this awesome martial arts facility. He is so great with the kids and instills responsibility and accountability in his students.
