So happy with my new entertainment wall unit. I know there have been labor/supply chain issues during the pandemic but I think a little patience goes a long way. I visited the showroom back in beginnig of July when they had some specials and got to work with Lorri, one of their design engineers who has been thorough and very helpful throughout the entire process for my 2 orders. Yes, there have been delays but that's not the company's fault. I was told there would be a long delay when I sat down to start the process but the install date did get pushed out a few more times. My experience has not been unlike Mara T's. Horrible communication! I would not recommend buying anything from them! My sales person was Cindy. I purchased a media wall in July and I am still waiting for it to be installed. Interesting that back in 2019 they were having delivery problems. Today, the excuse is Covid and lack of workers. My delivery date has been cancelled twice and now I have no idea when it will be ready. I am so mad I could spit! Why even go to the Home Shows and get orders when you can't meet the demand. He told me after speaking with the higher ups, the fireplace wall unit would be delivered/installed on Nov 4 and no later. (I do have the transcript of this voice msg left by D**) They would call on Nov 3 to schedule morning

I would definitely not recommend buying anything from Stone Creek unless you want continuous customer service failures, wrong deliveries, and never ending frustration in your life. We bought a full kitchen remodel worth of cabinets from them. Production was delayed 2x and Stone Creek only had to time to call us the day before delivery date that they were delayed another 2wks....this was in Oct 2020. It's March 2021 now, and we still are missing toe kicks, side panel for a cabinet, a door for under the sink, trim, and a glass shelf. These missing items are not new orders....these were part of the

Poor customer service after you purchase
Purchased 3 rooms of cabinetry from Stone Creek in 2013. The lighting failed within three years. In conjunction with a quote for an additional new items ~($1,500), we sought their help to diagnose and fix the cabinet lights (which they spec'ed and installed.) We did not object to the $125 service charge to disassembly crown molding and other pieces so the issue could be diagnosed. We did object to the wiring we discovered behind the crown molding. 120VAC cords to halogen can lights that were pulled to multiple power strips that were sealed behind

Bad service, HORRID receptionist. After outfitting our entire house with Stone Creek cabinetry, we tried for many months to get someone to give us pricing on additional items, which were measured for twice and never quoted despite our exhaustive efforts., so we gave up. Fast forward a couple years and we had a pipe leak that caused damage to one of the pieces. We tried to go back to Stone Creek and purchase replacement parts and here we are 5-6 weeks after our initial inquiry with no parts. My husband and I placed our order for 3 built-ins on October 1, 2019 in the showroom from Ariel. We were told they would be in the week of Thanksgiving. I called the week of and was told they were so busy our install date would be December 9. I had Ariel, Derek and Wade confirm that Monday December 9th was our install day. I even called Friday December 6 to make sure we were all still on track for install on the 9th. I was told YES.
