I can't help but feel there's a coordinated attack with all the 1 star reviews since they ALL mention masks. Curious, I looked to see other reviews from these 1 star-reviewers, and, they've given 5 star reviews to other businesses while including pictures that show staff and customers are not wearing masks. I love Potato Barn, and wanted to see the hours for today, and was surprised to see low ratings. Reading through them...it just feels off to me, and it's a shame to hold their business to a standard that you don't hold other businesses to. I am happy to see the low ratings have nothing to do

Really nice staff. They are friendly and helpful, but also give you space to look. They delivered my large furniture the same day. Great service!

Great one or two of a kind furnishings. Reasonable prices for what you are getting. Love the eclectic feel. Don't miss the live music and free food. We will be back as inventory changes weekly.

I've absolutely fell in love with this store and its owners. We remodeled a small commercial office and after spending months searching for desks and furniture that looked cheap and were priced very high, we stumbled on a desk that was perfect at Potato Barn. Then we found a 2nd desk we loved, so we bought 7 desks and other pieces that are affordable, look amazing, and our staff enjoys. These 2 really go out their way to help us find what we need. Support local businesses like Potato Barn!

Staff doesn't wear masks. Every single one of them were lounging in the back of the store chatting. Looked annoyed when we got close. No cleaning protocols. Tall mirrors and paintings stacked on tall wobbly furniture. Few patrons wearing masks. Zero social distancing. Just a fantastically unsafe environment.

This stuff is really built to last. Got some leather furniture for my living room 22 years ago and still using it today with very little wear. No holes either. Amazing quality. Will be getting my next set of furniture here as well. Also love that they don't enforce the mask law. Glad to see not everyone is so easily brain washed.

Fantastic experience at this store! Customer service was helpful and let us take our time, we measured almost every sidebar they had and when we asked questions they helped when we wandered they left us alone. It was such a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience! Thank you! I left this store feeling mentally refreshed! And I also left with a sidebar table & 2 of my favorite candles! Will be back!

I used to love this store and have spent a lot of money here over the years. NEVER AGAIN! To walk into this store when our state ranked highest in the nation for Covid and to not see even ONE employee wearing a mask made me sick. We turned around immediately and left. Almost all customers were wearing masks. Even reported them to the hotline the Gov created only to find out that they haven't issued a single warning.

I used to love the Potato Barn but I will never shop here again, not a single employee is wearing a mask or showing any acknowledgement of the raging pandemic outside their doors. Clearly this company values making a political statement over protecting the health of its employees and customers.

This is the second Potato Barn location I've been to during the COVID outbreak. Not once have I seen any employee wearing a mask. I get that some people are against them but let's be a little considerate of your employees/customers health? Also a very, very small location. Had a total of 3 beds, maybe 4 couches. Unfortunately a waste of time and a potential health risk.

I absolutely love this place, I always find something I love and the customer service is incredible.

They have nice long dining room tables and home decor that was pretty.. but other then one couch that my sister and brother in law bought from here there were no other comfortable couches here unfortunately

While driving through the neighboring plaza for lunch I realize that a new location Potato Barn had opened up where The Old World Market store was previous located... and if I want to date myself, was next to the old Ultimate Electronics store that was suppose to be a hit!.
