Patio Star AZ

Our patio furniture was long past it's prime and so our journey began. The frames were in good shape but the fabric had started to wear. We watched a YouTube video and thought we could repair them ourselves. After struggling to remove the fabric on one chair we threw in the towel and found Patio Star AZ. We arranged for pick up of our loungers, bar stools, sling and swivel chairs and we are absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. The staff was extremely helpful and they even repaired one of the bar stools for us. A visit to Patio Star AZ is an absolute must. I guarantee you wont be disappointed

We drove over thirty miles from the west valley based on the excellent reviews to shop for patio furniture. We were not disappointed. Lots to choose from, good prices and outstanding customer service! We appreciate all of Carol’s help and can’t wait for our new set to arrive!

Haven't used yet, but looking forward to using. Staff was helpful and friendly. Another customer was picking up his repaired chairs and was extremely happy with the outcome. They quoted about an 8 week turn around.

Our very well made Mallin patio furniture was in need of a do over and we had Patio Starr AZ powder coat and re-sling with new fabric 2 of the chairs to get us started. They did a great job and we are very happy with the results! We just dropped off two more pieces and intend to finish with the rest of our set in the near future. The price is reasonable and much less than purchasing new. Prepare to be patient though as it did take a couple of months to complete--but was well worth the wait.

I took Sunbrella cushions to Patio Star to purchase copies from them. What I received back were cheap versions. The zippers were very tiny, unlike the quality zippers on the originals, and Patio Star zippers did not even have the weather flaps like the ones I provided to copy. I tried to unzip the cushion covers to check the interior cushion quality - and couldn't even get them unzipped. Patio Star had shoved in loose poly fill under the inferior zippers so that the zippers jammed repeatedly. Great customer service. They redid our 10 piece patio furniture 3.5 years ago, redoing finish on metal part of tables, ottomans and chairs, the mesh on the chairs and new cushions for chairs as well, along with a new cushion, pillows and awning for wooden swing. Everything was beautiful and still is!

Great staff and service on my sling back chair repair. Just like new! Highly recommend.

We furnished our entire backyard here last year. We knew the prices were a bit high but we were excited to support a local business and be able to deal with warranty issues, locally. We notified them two weeks ago of two pieces that are falling apart. After one email response notifying me that it was getting forwarded to a manager, crickets. I have sent follow up emails, and no response.

I walked in the door dinged, nobody came right away so it was a relief I walked around when I got closer to the purchasing area the guy came out and ask me if I've been in there before, what type of furniture I was looking wether it be a dining set or lounge set. All furniture is made out of cast aluminum they try to keep the assembly and the adding of nuts and bolts at a minimum reason being they don't want it to rust so most of their products are one large.
