I do not recommend these apartments to anyone . I currently live here and it sucks ! I can’t wait till my lease is over and I just moved in the beginning of November. When I moved Into the apartment it wasn’t even cleaned properly at all, I had to clean bugs that were left on the patio , walls were very much dirty, and it smelled like cigarettes. Our bathroom sink has been broke since we’ve moved in even though we already told the office and maintenance plenty of times. Our bathroom got flooded from the upstairs neighbors and it left a hole in the ceiling that has yet to be fixed. Not to

Some of the most rude and unhelpful staff that I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Every time I have to call the office for something, they are rude and dismissive of me.
They have been financially irresponsible and turn around and blame their tenants. The halls smell like an unkempt petstore, there's graffiti on the stairwell walls and carved into the elevator.
People have been stealing mail from other people's mailboxes and the management posted a note months ago, stating they were going to re-key all of the mailboxes but they haven't done so yet.
They closed the office to the public

I have been here for 5 months and honestly I’m just hanging in there till my lease is up. There is ALWAYS TONS of furniture piled up by the dumpsters that nobody cares to address, my front window has a bb hole in it that was there when we moved in. Multiple cars have been broken into and when I called to ask if we could put up cameras (because of cars being broken into) I was told they weren’t allowed to put up cameras on the building (yet they have them up front) And now we’ve been waiting over a week to get our apartment fixed from water damage due to a sink breaking in the apartment above

I’ve lived here for 3 months and I’ve put in maintenance request each month over the same thing and I’ve still seen no one. They weren’t even finished cleaning my apartment when I got my keys to move in! Things continue to break and fall apart in my apartment. Neighborhoods are loud and rude, not to mention way overcrowded! Drug activity in the parking lot non stop, trash everywhere, fights and GUN ACTIVITY constantly. And the office gets mad when you complain and/or demand something done and tell you to “deal with it or move because it’s not going to get any better” I didn’t even

This place is HORRIBLE. I currently live here and I'm leaving AS SOON AS I CAN!!!! The lock to my door won't unlock when I lock it, they said they would fix it and still haven't so I'm stuck leaving my house unlocked. My AC has been not working since MARCH- it's currently July. Still isn't fixed and didn't get a window unit like I was told I would. There's always people breaking into cars and needles are left all over the parking lot. Old furniture gets piled up by the dumpsters almost to where you cant drive by it and they NEVER pick it up. AND I saved the BEST for last, I NOW HAVE BED BUGS!!
