My experience with Canterbury Apartments turned sour when a new property manager was hired. I have been continually issued “lease violation” fines due to the property’s accusation that they were refused entry for a maintenance request. I never authorized them entry to the apartment without my presence. If you enjoy your property manager evicting you over not accessing property you never gave them permission to enter, and claims that they cannot enter a unit due to a dog’s bark, this will be the perfect property for you.

I attempted 4 times (as of today) to look at an apartment. Every time we called or showed up it was either the weather, maintenance, or that she just didn’t open one up to look at that day. If they’re not even willing to do things for potential residents, they probably do nothing for current residents.

I highly recommend Canterbury Apartments! Get the second floor apartment though! First floor can get crazy loud with people above you on wood floors and vaulted ceilings - noise echoes. Non-smoking property makes it a plus! Great value. Awesome pool & club house! We just out grew it. Can't beat the location!
