Here visiting with my daughter for a few days. We arrived on 6-2-2020. She told me she has not had air conditioning since she's moved into this unit (over a month ago). It's now 94* in the apartment!!!
She contacted the office personnel and was told that one of the chillers is broken and the other is having trouble keeping up. Is this going to be an ongoing issue all summer?
The apartment residents should all demand a reduced rental rate because the utilities are included in the rental fee.
The apartment complex itself is nice for being an older unit.

We went and did a tour of these apartments because we are currently in the market for a new place to live however the way these apartments are set up with the interior hallways reminds me of an old school 70s type hotel and other than a few renovations here and there which is mainly on the outside to just boost the appearance of the overall Apartments nothing much has been done on the inside and unfortunately the prices don't really coincide with what you were going to be getting as a resident inside of these apartments.

The maintenance man, I don’t know his name but he has a beautiful white dog, is always very quick to help and he extremely nice. He respects your privacy and always expresses actual concern for whatever we’re experiencing. His work is exceptional as well. We never have a concern when we need help as we know he’l handle it as if we were actual family.

I’ve been here over a year, my ac has been leaking for about three months called the office and they sent maintenance out here. They “fixed” our unit. Only it wouldn’t cool. In the middle of the summer we had to go without an ac unit after going and speaking to Brenda about this on multiple occasions. We’ll be going without our central ac (THAT I PAY FOR IN MY RENT) for three months now. This is frustrating. And I definitely will NOT be renewing my lease here. Biggest mistake ever.! We need the other girls (Adrianna and Cristina) back at least they actually cared about stuff like this
