Bad service and experience at all, the driver isn’t helpful at all, he didn’t want a tow my car to my destination, and he start yelling to me, and looks very aggressive and so mad to me with no reason, then he just threw me on the private parking lot after getting me out of the tunnel. I don’t recommend this towing truck.

1) fill a claim with Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) and BBB
2) leave reviews everywhere as possible.
3) seeking legal help as needed.
@Todisco, you gotta be fair and fix the way how you conduct business or you will pay a big price from your victims.
Their 262 Norfolk st location is not open despite what they tell you. It’s a storage lot for your car. You will get conflicting information depending on who you talk to. If they have your car and you go to pick it up and they are not

These low life scumbags pray upon hardworking citizens abiding by the law and regulation. I had my car towed from a gas station parking lot that had no tow signs when I was in the McDonald's next door. I literally got a big Mac ate it and came out and my car was gone. Hopefully one day they will meet some crazy lunatics like themselves and pay the ultimate price.

So while in Boston for an estimate my truck decided it was a great time for a u joint to stop working resulting in my drive shaft being tore to pieces. I pulled over on the side of the high way. In pouring rain. TODISOCO TOWING was dispatched by Massachusetts state troopers. James D pulled up within 10 mins of the dispatch calling. He quickly got the truck up on the flatbed and told me to hope in. I told him I was up from RI and had no clue where I was. He went out of his way to bring me to the train station to catch a train back to Providence. Fast-forward to Monday. I get a call from the Salem

I've decided to change my rating from one star to 3 stars. The towing seemed extremely expensive, but the storage price was fairly cheap which evened it out. My main complaint would be that of communication. Todisco got the van from the MBTA and towed it and stored it for me for a few days until I could come pay for it, which was really nice and convenient; but it took me a while to find out where it was and everything. There also wasn't an online payment option (that I was made aware of at least) so I wasn't able to drive over for a few days and so I ended up having to pay a lot more than I would

Horrible experience. They have 2 lots & do not tell you which one your vehicle is in. You have to find your vehicle on your own. Then they have the vehicles so close together that you can't get inside your vehicle. After finally finding my vehicle in the 2nd lot which is on the next street over I called & asked them to send someone to move the cars that were blocking my vehicle & it took almost 2hrs for them to send a truck to move the vehicles because "its street cleaning day & that take priority" as I was told. Had to give them 3 stars because to me it's closer to 2 1/2 which was what I really wanted to give them.
OK let's just start that it was my bad that my car ended up being towed. I saw that it said the fourth Tuesday but it actually was the third Tuesday which was yesterday. I was a little messed up from driving like a maniac just trying to keep a roof over my head working my side job and it's dark every time I get home literally 3 AM so that's my bad for not triple checking the signs.

This company need serious regulations by Massachusetts State, so many complaints at BBB and another's bad reviews online. In many cases they towed tenants cars in places like Shore Plaza East in East Boston even if the spot don't have any advice parking sign, with concerns of Weston Associates the management of the plaza. They charge for 3 blocks of distance $149 plus their rude customer service. They feel like an authority, well...

THANK YOU MITCHELL! Amazing, fast, and professional service. Hit a huge pothole on Storrow Drive and completely wrecked the front tire. Massachusetts State Troopers sent out Todisco and they were at my car in 10 minutes. Mitchell was so kind and informed us of every step of the process. He knew the closest and most convenient tire repair shop to our home. While flat tires are never fun, Mitchell made the experience so much easier. We were also able to pay with card right in the truck, making it much more convenient.

Thiefs is the word that describes this company and the culture that was built upon. They literally dispatch their drivers to stills people cars with no mercy under the claim of enforcing parking signs or "this… is how we make money". They illegally and forcefully towed my car in front of my eyes and couldn't do anything because those guys are using law enforcement to shield themselves.I was forcefully asked to pay $180 on the spot or the car will be towed away. Yes, this is how they work. $180 for simply lifting and dropping your at the same spot.

This company is under contract to Metro Management/ Villa Michelangelo in Boston's North End.They are supposed to perform "drive-bys" and tag cars illegally parked in our lot and warn them to not park here. Second offense is supposed to effect a tow. Management is seldom on the property. People from out of state park in the lot and many park for days/ overnight without being tagged. People park in the "15 minute live parking " spots as well for an entire day.
I have reported all of this to Management but they don't respond. No idea what Todisco gets paid for doing

You would think during times like this they would be less like vultures and more as an asset to the community.
Instead, they're still sitting around corners waiting for people to come out of their car to tow them.
I hope the owner Pat sleeps good at night knowing he could potentially be taking food out of people's mouths during this pandemic.
Must be needed to be more of an A-Hole than he already is since the city took away street cleaning

I hope you followed up with the driver that nearly hit me while in a crosswalk in Danvers last evening. Completely reckless driving—I could have been killed. There is no excuse! About 30 minutes later, the people came out and I let them know this was our spot. After I called your company again and the person was extremely rude. They should learn how to use some manors.

Horrible customer service. I had my car towed from an accident and called simply to inquire about when I could get my daughters car seat out of the car, so that I could continue on with my life and not be stuck at home. John the a**hole who I spoke to asked me if I spoke to insurance yet. All I did was say, "because it's a holiday and a long weekend I haven't been able to speak to my adjuster," and he hung up on me. They definitely have the right one.

Car damage by towing. this was confirmed by my dealer where I had my car repaired. filed a complaint. Tedisco said i need to submit it personally, which I did. Called multiple times. They kept on saying that their manager is not there and that they will call me back. I left my number every time but still no response. I have submitted my complaint last September. Called multiple times up until November but still no response. I would appreciate any response.
