Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist, and trust me, I have some horror stories-one dentist literally almost killed me. That’s not an exaggeration-a dentist I went to pulled an infected tooth and I almost died. Not Buzz Nabers, though. From the moment I walked in Tammy and his entire staff were kind and compassionate, and concerned with my comfort, as I’d shared my past experiences with them. Absolutely amazing! My daughter, 5, learned a lot about what causes cavities and how to prevent them. She did her appointment all by herself because the staff made her feel safe and every step explained to her.

Lawyers & Dentist, two whom I neither enjoy seeing or spending money on. Dr. Buzz made me almost glad I was there. He was patient and took great care to see my procedure went very well.

I've been to several dentists in Knoxville over the last 30 years. In my opinion, Dr Nabers and his staff are by far the best in town. My whole family are patients of his, and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Buzz had been my dentist for over 25 years. He is excellent and his office is both professional and friendly. I wouldn't trust my smile to anyone else.

Trusted the dental care for our young son to this office. We were never given or offered the opportunity to have his permanent teeth sealed resulting in four cavities. This then led to fillings. None of our other children ever experienced this (a different dentist). When trying to reach the owner he has been impossible to track down. I would not recommend...

We went to Buzz Nabors for years. Disgusted to find out the equipment wasn't being properly sterilized. I was not surprised to find out that they were billing for seeing the Dentist when he wasn't actually there- we hadn't seen him in over a year. Do not be fooled by the office decor and paraffin wax- plenty of other dentists in town.

I don't know what is happening with Buzz's office. Use to love this place. Everyone was so nice. Now every time I go in, the front office staff is new,. I have a new hygienist every trip for the last year and half.

I have been having billing problems too. There is an issue with my insurance covering their part of the bill. I have called Buzz's office 4 times and they keep saying they are aware of it and will take care of it. Just got another bill after not hearing from them for 6 mths with finance charges. Buzz Nabers and his staff are the best! I have gone to both locations numerous times over the years. Everything from the farmhouse decor, to the friendly staff, to the modern equipment is a welcoming reassurance. When I have just a checkup / cleaning, they treat me with a warm neck wrap, warm wax hand treatment, and massaging chair. It's like a dental spa to ease the anxiety of simply going to the dentist. And when I have had a dental emergency, they squeezed me in. I have yet to find another dentist in Knoxville who has done a better job than the Nabers team. I'm so glad I was referred

I've never posted any review in the past, so this is the first review I am posting. I had a 3:50 appointment today (Thurs. 8/2) with Dr. Nabers for a routine 2x a year cleaning. Took time off my busy day to drive in the rain all the way to the Northshore office only to be told that my appt was at 3:30 which is not true bc I have the text message appt reminder sent by Dr. Nabers Office on Tuesday to prove it. The thing I am really mad about is that the lady at the front desk said that I had to reschedule and that there might be a problem with the messaging system due to time zones. I told

Love this dentist office. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Nabors provides a great experience. They accept many different insurances and the downtown location is amazing if you live and/or work downtown. Everyone there is very professional and courteous. The office is gorgeous and looks like something out of HGTV. They do warm neck wraps and hand waxes while the work, if you'd like.

My husband loves this office, and he hates going to the dentist. I was recommended this practice by a friend, and he has loved it. He said they are very gentle and thorough. I have enjoyed that he takes it upon himself to make his next appointment.

When I think of a dentist, Little Shop Of Horrors is my first mental picture. It's supposed to be torture, right? If that's the case, Buzz Nabers is doing it all wrong. He's a cool guy that does a great job of making you feel comfortable, while being thorough and painless. His staff from scheduling to hygienists and assistants are all top notch with great personalities that again, make comfort and competence their goals. Having two locations is great too! Downtown, near where I live, and one not far from where I work! How great is that?

Awesome dental experience. One I can't wait to try again. Which means a whole lot since I was literally tortured by dentists as a child and wanted nothing to do with them for a very long time.

It is actually a bit ironic cause my initial interaction with this dental group was anything but pleasant. Thanks to a very awkward and mostly inappropriate receptionist when I tried to make my appointment. But it all got better from there. Way better

Everyone in this office is amazing. I tell all my coworkers to go to Dr. Nabers because he's fantastic. The entire staff is friendly and makes sure you're comfortable no matter what. I've had quite a bit of work done there and it's all been as painless as possible.

I like the dentist and the staff but hate the "open" concept of the office. No private rooms and everyone sees everything. Not for me.
