Positive: Professionalism, Quality
Very friendly, reviewed past records (new to area). My Cocker Spaniel seemed a bit nervous but calmed right down. Staff is very friendly and helpful. See them in August for annual physical. And until then you all have a great new year & hopefully he doesn't need to come see you.

Slightly lower prices on services. Sometimes the wait is a little long. The Drs are great! They explain the treatments needed while trying to keep it affordable. Open late and take walk ins.

Just moved and needed a veterinarian closer than the old one in Michigan, 600 miles away. Monroe County Animal Hospital addressed the issue Fisher, my pride and joy, was having. Did not pressure me to buy medicines, vaccines or return trips since none were necessary. Kind staff and doctors (at least the one Fisher saw). And the fee was exceptionally reasonable. Five stars and we have a new veterinarian!
The preceeding was written in late 2019.
And it's now late February 2021. A lot has happened with our dogs in the last year or so. Our precious little Wilbur had to be put to sleep in January
