I saw doctor Randy F. Rizor. I found him to be extremely dismissive. He claimed he did not know me well enough to assist me with pain management. Considering I just moved here from out of state & only recently became a patient of the facility that probably explains not knowing me. He had a very specific age and look who he gives assistance to (65… year old arthritis and cancer patients) and all other people who suffer from chronic pain wont receive help from him if you're not in this demographic range. You should really diversify your practice, right now, diversity is nonexistent and

Dr. Mefferd and his wonderful care team have successfully managed my care for several years now. I always appreciate the thorough, unhurried office visits. I always leave my appointments with all of my questions answered. I've also had outpatient procedures in their own surgical center adjacent to their medical offices. Again, very professional, compassionate friendly care team providing care in a very accommodating, convenient outpatient surgical facility. My experience with Physicians Spine has alway's been good. From the front end staff that is always very nice, friendly and professional to. Doctor Mefford's. Physicians Assistant, his Nurse to Doctor Mefford himself. They all are very caring and seem to truly concerned with your health and getting you better, not just to give you pills and see you on your way. This is one group that i can say nothing but good things about and i am so fortunate that i was referred to.to them several years ago
