I called GMS on a Sunday around 11am, in a jam because it didn't work out with another moving company and I needed to finish my move into my new rental that day. I spoke with Spencer, on the verge of tears, who calmed me down and assired me they would take good care of me. 2 hours later two lovely young men (Wesley and Harley) arrived to unload my rental truck into my new place.
One of the most important things when moving is to manage your time wisely and plan ahead of time. This will help make moving a far smoother process. Another great move by Spencer and crew! I first used Spencer in 2015 to move my daughter. Since then, I have hired him at least 10 times, most recently to move my son. I have used Good Moving Solutions for relocation purposes, to move furniture and appliances to my garage when having hardwood floors put in, and to pack a POD. I have never hesitated to refer Spencer and Good Moving Solutions. In fact, they have moved my daughter’s friends and some of my extended family members. Thanks again Spencer!

I was so impressed with this company that I called them when we were all settled just to thank them again. Spencer was my kind of coordinator. He called me a week out of our scheduled move date to confirm and talk me through how the day would go. He also emailed me the night before the move again confirming and to let me know the names of the guys coming to do our move. Huck and his partner showed up right on time, jumped in and took over. My husband said he felt strange just standing there not really doing anything. They didn’t need to be directed, they just knew what needed to be done and did

Doing business with Spencer was an easy and pleasant experience. He’s very professional and meticulous about the way he handles your belongings: everything got wrapped properly, lifted carefully, and delivered in perfect condition. I am working on settling an estate and need to have some things moved from a storage unit to a private residence. I spoke with Spencer and hope the person I am working on the estate with picks Good Moving Solutions. Spencer was respectful, gave me a lot of information including ways I can trim the costs of this move. He did not speak down to me or patronize me in any way. I don't put a lot of impetus on yelp reviews, but wanted to make sure this company got noticed for their customer relations!!!

On the day we were planning to pack our truck the team assigned to show up at 8:30am did not make it. They had run into some unexpected issues with their truck. Spencer, once he sorted out what was happening to his team, came to our home and personally helped finish the packing. He pulled another team in after they finished their morning assignment and by the end of the evening we had four people working hard alongside us to get the truck packed so we could roll.

So I had a meltdown at the start of my move. Spencer set me up with two guys and a U-Haul in two days time. Wes and Eric hauled dozens of heavy book boxes, hefty scrapbooking supplies, furniture and more down a flight of stairs. They also helped load furniture into two friends' trucks. Everything was unloaded in record time. They were super nice, fast, thorough and professional. Worth every cent and more. Thank you guys so much for everything. Everybody, come check them out.

We needed some odds and ends moved from the 1st to the 2nd floor of our business which were too heavy for us to do alone. I called GMS on Monday and a crew was out first thing Wednesday morning. Got the job done in less than two hours. Price was great, they were professional and very polite. We will definitely use GMS again!

Excellent! Hired help unloading our 16ft UHaul. Spencer is very professional. Calls to confirm. Called ahead to say guys would be 15min late., so we didn't worry. Efficient and helpful unloaders.
Only reason not 5 star was they were 25+ minutes late, but finished pretty close to our schedule. Definitely hiring them on next load.

Oh my goodness!!! What an adventure. This move ranks up there with the most exciting and stressful move ever! Let's start off that last minute packing of certain rooms resulted in way more boxes than anticipated!!! For novices like us, we looked at the situation and thought: Can it all fit into the U-haul? Will it all fit?

A most outstanding experience! They even came on Sunday to unload! Spencer stayed in touch the entire time we were coordinating with the moving van arrival. Spencer, the owner, stayed and was one of the "crew"; Huck and Wes worked like machines. I'm almost ready to move again, just to have them help with the logistics!

I would give Spencer and his crew 10 stars if I could, yet since Yelp only allows me 5 stars, I am stuck with that. To save you a few minutes of reading, let me simply say that if you need to move in the near future, you should work with Good Moving Solutions. You will be very glad you did.
