Local moves are any moves within one hundred miles from door to door. This could be a move within your community, a move down the street, or a move to the next city and everything in between. These moves are typically priced by the hour and have a minimum hourly charge. Time starts when the movers arrive at the origin to load the truck and time stops when the last piece is put in place and the move is complete.
Long distance moves are moves exceeding one hundred miles door to door. These types of moves are priced by weight or by flat rate. House To Home Moving provides a service called direct shipment moving for long distance moves. We guarantee that your belongings are the only items on the truck. Once the items are loaded onto our truck(s), they are not opened again until they reach the destination.

I was uneasy when my elderly parents said they hired some men out of North Highlands to move them but I am more than pleasantly surprised with them. Jeremiah, Andrew and Ron were three of the most hard working, polite with great attitudes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know that would need their services.

House to Home are complete professionals from beginning to end! I would highly recommend their team for local moves, residential & commercial moves, and state to state moves. We did a move from Livermore, CA to Fernley, NV. From the beginning it was very easy to work with this team. We did a video call to have them give us a quote. They were… accurate, on time, quick and just all around professional! The crew that came to do our move was Michael, Ronal, & Jeremiah. They called 30mins prior to arrival, showed up ready to work and man they were quick and careful!!! Smiling and sweating

The 4 man crew that moved us was awesome. Robert the crew leader is just that, a true leader. He was kind to his crew, managed everyone efficiently, and was in control of the entire move. He explained what he and his crew were going to do and they followed his plan all the way through to the end. He paced the crew perfectly. They worked hard, but… were not exhausted. Robert, you are the best! The move was done exceedingly well down to the very last box. Just amazing work. When I move next I want Robert back with his crew and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great job Robert, Francis
