Charles Walter has learned that giving back to others is critical to his personal well-being. I feel like I've had a lot of gifts in my life. I want to connect my gifts and abilities with a cause that can take advantage of them. The son of an obstetrician and a nurse, Mr. Walter was raised with his two siblings in Cleveland, Ohio.
The New Jersey Cares for Kids Program (NJCK) provides child-care voucher services for families who meet the eligibility criteria for services. Audit provides all of the video sessions on the parenting techniques. A payment option is provided and that allows access to quizzes to assess mastery of the sessions and at the end, a certificate that indicates mastery. Coursera has a fee of $49 fee if you want that certificate. Yet, it is important to reiterate that by clicking Audit you receive all the sessions and there is no charge for that at all.
This type of care is provided in someone's home. In New Jersey, a provider can care for no more than five children, plus a maximum of three of their own children. Home providers can choose to be registered, which means they meet the basic safety and programs requirements established by state law.
This registration also allows these in-home providers to accept payments from families participating in government-subsidized child-care assistance programs. In this type of care, a person comes to your home to care for your child. This provider might offer other services such as light housekeeping, starting or making dinner or driving your child to lessons or play dates.

Thanks to 4C’S they have been helping me thru the years since my daughter has been 2 and half years old (2017). Right now my daughter is 5 years old and thank God they are still helping me thru this struggle that we are facing now with COVID-19. Communication with them has been thru the phone and thru the email. It’s been rough for me getting my paperwork process, but they are helping. Thank you for the great service over the phone. Thank you to the caseworker “Colon” for helping me like you have been doing. I definitely appreciate it. If you work with them they will definitely find a solution

I always have a great experience there, especially with Denise ( not sure of her last name, but she has short hair) she is amazing. The times I being there she is very helpful and try to help you as much as she can. It’s difficult sometimes when you lost in some much paper work to submit, but she makes you experience that so bad. Thanks 4cs for having such a great person working for you. We appreciate it.

My provider has been waiting 2 weeks for a home inspection and 4C's does not show. I called to follow up because I decided to pay of pocket for my daughter because I am comfortable with my child's provider. Now I get a letter saying they will terminate my daughter out of the program knowing it's a long process to enroll her again. 4'Cs is completely unprofessional to send my provider a letter last minute about her license and I received my letter one week before my child's subsidy will expire. All 4'cs say they can't give me any information. Why not? I been paying out of pocket and they want to

I went to them late 2014 when I was single mother ( now I'm married to a wonderful man and live by the beach in California ) where then I didn't have a family to help me or someone to relay on. I had to to go school full time to become an architectural designer and work full time.
I can't imagine how it could have been without their help with my daughter.
The staff is very nice and my case worker Divana was very understanding and kind to me.
Because of this organization. I have graduated and started working on my own. I'm no longer making 7 to 15 dollars per hour. Because of them I live a better

I firmly believe that 4cs of passaic provides a great service to our community in which many families benefit from their services. We all know that finding care for your children is an arduous and costly task which makes 4cs a fundamental entity that is not only limited to helping with the care of their children, but also provides various types of help for our people such as creating jobs. . thanks 4CS

4’cs has been a huge help for me a a mom of two small boys when I applied I was missing some stuff they were great at following back with me I received calls from Christopher as a reminder of what has to be submitted and by when. The staff were very warm and welcoming they didn’t make me feel a less of a person because I was seeking help to cover the daycare expenses. I was also having problems finding a provider they were very prompt in assisting me by giving me a centers and providers refferal list and I found a place on the list that I absolutely love and i wouldn’t have found it without

Their website and answering machine both say they are open on Fridays until 5 but then when I get there the security guard was rude and said no they're open until 1 mind you I am pregnant and I'm a busy parent. I'm not always available during the week and on top of that I'm being harassed to give in paperwork THEY misplaced to begin with after I specifically asked if I needed to bring anything else in and the lady said "no I don't see any notes here". They really need to find people who know what they are doing or train the staff members. I honestly cannot wait until I get on my own feet so I don
