Working with children and families has always been a passion. Growing up in Ministries in the inner city was a great experience and helped to pave my way into teaching and working with children. While attending college to be a teacher I really knew my place was in Early Childhood Education. Small Steps Academy is a great starting place for families, it blends a comfy home environment with a playful and yet structured learning space.
Families are interviewed for a good care match. The level of care provided comes straight from the heart and every child is loved and treated as if they are my own.

Small Steps Academy is a wonderful place for babies and toddlers to learn as they grow. Sabrina is always creative, inventive, encouraging, structured, helpful, caring, loving and educated about almost everything. Ultimately, she's the best, hands down. Sabrina even loves on the bad kids and I can't say that about too many child caregivers. IJS!!!!
