We do everything required to create the perfect event from start to finish including arranging for rental needs, set up, tear down and full-service staffing.
Depending on the size of the group and the complexity of the menu, our prices range from $75-$115 per person. No, we are not licensed to sell alcohol. We are happy to provide recommendations for excellent bar service companies for your event. While we offer many types of cuisine, we do not attempt to compete with the fabulous established BBQ caterers in our area.

Trumpet Vine was the caterer for our wedding and everything turned out perfect. Highly recommend doing the tasting before the wedding so that it can get you even more excited for the big day! We got so many compliments on the food from our guests and they even made us a to go box which we enjoyed the next day. I wish I could try the food all over again! Thank you for everything!

While vacationing in Paso Robles my brother-in-law hosted a small dinner party for my sister; a small birthday celebration. I was a guest at this lovely event. BIL requested a seafood themed meal. Our meal was restaurant quality dining. The appetizer was octopus presented on fraiche corn chowder; it was a 10 out of 10-beyond amazing!
We were well taken care of and well fed. Can't say enough about the service and our lovely meal!

Erica & the whole Trumpet Vine team were fantastic from start to finish. They catered our wedding in July 2021 & made the whole process seamless. Very communicative & easy to plan with -- they adapted to plenty of changes & worked around some allergy issues. And on the day of, they provided amazing food & service that we never once had to worry about. Couldn't recommend enough.

We recently went to a wedding that had this caterer and I’ll have to say, the service staff was pretty stingy when it came to serving the food. Knowing that the bride and groom paid an arm and a leg for the catering, the least they could have done was bring enough food so that they wouldn’t have to be stingy and roll their eyes when the wedding guests asked them for a little bit more food (for example, 2 tiny pieces of meat instead of 1 tiny piece of meat that they served). Also, the food was pretty subpar, could use some seasoning. AND, this was supposedly a full service wedding, yet no one

Trumpet Vine catered our wedding in June! Erica was very pleasant to work with and super helpful throughout the process. Our original caterer backed out due to covid so Trumpet Vine even created a similar menu for us so we wouldn't have to change everything. We didn't do a food tasting since traveling during covid was tricky but it didn't matter because the food is amazing! All our guests loved it. They were also awesome in making sure we had enough food (and wine!) during the event since we were running around the whole time. We didn't get to go to the beginning of the cocktail

Absolutely amazing! I'm a Co-Owner of Pink Champagne Celebrations (wedding planning & coordination) and we had them cater one of our weddings that was postponed from 2020 to 2021. They are extremely professional, the food is fantastic, and they are totally on their game. The beverage dispensers they provided were the coolest addition and I want some for my home. Their staff bartended, bussed tables, provided water for guests, and cleaned EVERYTHING up. It made it super easy for clean up and we are so grateful for them. Thank you!

Trumpet Vine Catering, catered my wedding in Cambria (40 people).
Working with Erica and Sara was easy and great! I mostly communicated with Erica in email and she was very good about giving me information and answering my questions. Overall, the food was a hit. The appetizers were a favorite! I enjoyed everything and I loved that they made sure we had appetizers saved for us to try.

Had an absolute amazing experience with Trumpet. Erica was especially helpful leading up to our wedding day. They were very responsive in the back and forth regarding the menu, and made quick suggestions and updates based on our likes/needs. On the day, they were extremely helpful, asking if there was anything that needed to be done, as we were sort of throwing the party on our own, this was so nice to have an extra set of eager hands to help out. The staff was warm and welcoming and extremely attentive. The food matched the staff in every way possible, we had so many compliments from our guests

We can't recommend Trumpet Vine enough! They recently just catered our intimidate wedding of 30 and they hit it out of the park. They were so seamless and the staff is just amazing. Trumpet Vine catered our daughter's wedding with 200 guests on a ranch in the Central Coast on a rainy day. I will start off by saying that if you are looking for a caterer in that area, look no further. Seriously, just save your time and energy! To begin with, Jennie and Gayle are professional all the way, return phone calls, and they came through with any request we made. Ours was a venue where they had to bring in everything, which meant they built a kitchen onsite (and, did I mention in the rain?). TVC catered my wedding on Saturday and they did an amazing job. Gayle was wonderful to work with ans everyone else that helped through the process. I had so many questions which I'm sure a few were repititive but non the less it was all answered. TVC really what the best for the groom and bride and they add little touches to personalized the menu. They added a cookie shake station for my wedding for my husband and he loved it! Thank you again TVC =)

Creating and serving a meal your family will salivate over is a big job. Preparing and serving the same quality meal to hundreds and hundreds of hungry viticulturists and agriculturalists at the Central Coast Vineyard Team Sustainable AG Expo at the Madonna Expo Center the past two days is a huge task indeed! The Trumpet Vine catering team has left me with WOW moments with every offering! I had to ask them their name to write this review. I've never enjoyed their food before unless it was unawares. I do not know anyone who works for them. I just really appreciate good quality food prepared

The team with Trumpet Vine is absolutely top notch. We have worked with a number of caterers in the area, and Trumpet Vine exceeded our expectations on every count. They showed up on time, came completely prepared, worked quietly and efficiently - and delivered an incredible product! Bite sized chicken and waffles - are you kidding me?!?

Trumpet Vine really wows! I have worked with them twice now and both times the food was not only delicious but presented in the most beautiful way. They were the only caterer that really nailed the "around the world" theme we were going for. Everything from Spanish Paella to Pad Thai to street tacos and it was all just perfect. I can't say enough about Gayle, Suzy or the rest of the staff. Bravo!!

Choosing the perfect catering company for our wedding was very important to us and, looking back, Trumpet Vine Catering was one of the best decisions we made in preparation for our special day! Jenny and her amazing team were so diligent in achieving perfection, from the custom made menu (with multiple revisions leading up to the day) to guiding us on rental quantities and necessities. Our venue was unique in that there wasn't a traditional kitchen for the Trumpet Vine team to prepare and serve from, so we essentially had to create an outdoor kitchen (with all the appliances and resources
