We had so much going on for our special wedding day, I'm glad we entrusted the food over to Paso Catering. Trish was extremely professional throughout the planning and execution of her catering service.
The evening was a success from beginning to end. We literally did not lift a finger, as Trish and her staff made our dining experience a true pleasure. We lounged around the pool, had cocktails and appetizers until we sat down to a beautifully appointed table to have a delectable dinner, all while enjoying family time.

My name is Trish Jacobs and I am passionate about good food. I love fine wine, excellent beer, and getting together with close friends and family too. I've been cooking professionally and catering events since 1985. I'm looking forward to working with you to create a unique menu, and make your event as special as it should be.

Enjoyed a Christmas event recently with the upmost awesome service possible! Nowadays, everything in hospitality prioritizes Covid enforcement before all else. First business with masks, self service...THEN the people. Not this time! We were first and it felt amazing. Top notch service with servers, amazing food, Chef is sweet & friendly....
We loved our experience! We also understand how banquets run, operate and how to plate food, service others and so we wanted to give a huge shout out and say thank you, well done, we highly recommend you!!

Trish didA fabulous job at catering a very intimate dinner for my daughter's wedding. The food was fabulous and it was served in a very professional manner. We chose to have it served to us at the table and I felt like I was in a five-star restaurant. I highly recommend Trish to anyone who is looking for a caterer. She was on time and adapted to our being off timewise a little bit. she and her staff left our kitchen in a spotless manner with all dishes cleaned and I highly recommend her

Trish at Paso Catering is serving up delicious to-go family meals. We ordered the Beef medallion meal with Ceasar salad.
It was outstanding! The Beef medallions were flavorful and cooked to absolute perfection - able to be cut with a fork. The root veggies and mashed potatoes were so very well seasoned. The Ceasar salad - (complete with what appeared to be homemade croutons) - had more of a classic dressing than the common creamy dressings - and it was also delicious.
The 4 person meal was more than enough for our family of 6 (2 adults - 4 children) - which in and of itself was a wonderful

Outstanding food. We went crazy for the holiday meal, from the horseradish cream to the gingerbread cake. And the au gratin was seriously the best we has ever had. This was an unforgettable meal with good, communicative service--will remember if we are ever visiting the area again. 5 stars all the way you won't be disappointed.

I want to give a shout out to Trish Jacobs of Paso Catering Co. for the delicious Thanksgiving meal we ordered. Everything was soooo good and plenty of it. The bbq'd turkey was moist, pan gravy yummy, green bean cassarole, fruit compote, salad, homemade rolls, pumpkin mousse pie, all delicious. One of my favorites was the mashed potatos with a hint of yams. So good!
Picking up the food the day before was well organized and easy. The re-heating instructions were also easy to follow. It was a great experience and I would do it again. Thank you Trish!

We were in town for my sister-in-laws bridal shower weekend with 14 gals total... I looked up caterers in the area and went with Trish at Paso Catering for a few reasons (1) The Yelp reviews were impeccable (2) Trish (owner) answered the phone herself at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday (3) She was pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable about the area, flexible about menu options, and priced extremely well. I AM SO GLAD that I chose her to cater our arrival brunch!!! She delivered the food personally, on time (actually 15 minutes early), warm, with instructions on how to serve it and how to keep it

Her food is top-notch, cooked to perfection! Without a doubt the best food I've had all year! Our guests were seated outside in November --burrrrr. Paso Catering had thought of every last bit of detail and rented heaters for us to keep everyone warm while eating.
Tip - Look into their wine options, it's as good as it gets.

A group of 12 friends and I rented a beautiful house and asked Trish from Paso Catering to come and cook a delicious private dinner. Everything from custom menu creation to set up of the table was easy and wonderful. The food was more delicious than anything else we ate on this trip. We were so thankful for this experience and would 100% use her services again.

We recently enjoyed Trish's efforts at a friend's wedding. We were so fortunate to have Trish prepare and serve all of the scrumptious food!
Her hordervers table was incredibly ornamented with fresh fruit, cheeses, salami's and nuts! It looked as good as it tasted.
As we progressed to dinner, the service by Trish and her team was so well organized, which helped to make the event that much more enjoyable. The prepared dishes were roasted Tri-Tip, decadent Potatoes Au Gratin and succulent vegetables which were all a hit. My son was so totally in love with her potatoes that he stayed
