We are a husband and wife catering team based in Templeton, just north of San Luis Obispo on California's beautiful Central Coast. Since 2005, we have created + served fresh local fare at hundreds of events & weddings. Our inspiration is found from our local growers, farms, and the nearby ocean's bounty.

Services
Launched by owner Chef Seth White in 2005, Pacific Harvest has built a reputation for providing top-notch fare using fresh local ingredients and client-vision style event planning. Our energetic staff caters events for 20 to 400 guests that regularly include elegant wine country weddings, corporate retreats, appetizer parties, and rustic barbecues in Paso Robles, Templeton, San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande and throughout the Central Coast.

We had an excellent experience with Pacific Harvest Catering. Our menu was completely customized for what we liked, and even despite the challenges of the pandemic, we were able to do a tasting to fine-tune our menu. All of the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the food was very well prepared. We received nothing but compliments from our guests on how amazing everything tasted. They were even able to provide some platters for the wedding party during the day that were delightful while we got ready! Dawn and her team were so friendly and wonderful to work with, we highly recommend!

When I see Pacific Harvest on the planning sheets I always get excited, knowing their food will be fresh, delicious, great presentation and wonderful service! Every aspect of our catering and food experience with Pacific Harvest was well thought out and beautiful. Dawn was so flexible with our tasting date and helped us execute the meal we were dreaming of. She allowed us to make some tweaks to the menu to fit our tastes and the feel for our guests.
The charcuterie board was immaculate and each appetizer a perfect size and beautifully presented.
We decided to go with family style serving and it went beyond smooth. All the servers worked quickly and carefully and all the food was absolutely delicious. All of it had a central coast authenticity and feel

This is our first ToGo experience with PHC! I've enjoyed their catering previously, just discovered that I could order food online and pick it up right here in Templeton. It was so easy to pick up, and absolutely delicious. We had shrimp curry which was perfectly spiced, the shrimp was fresh and delicious! Will go back soon. 💜❤️💕👍

We were initially skeptical because of the affordable cost, but were blown away by their food! They use local ingredients, adjust the recipes to use what’s in season, make everything fresh, we’re delightful to work with, and accommodated to every request! We had a number of foodies attend our wedding, and had numerous comment on how this was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding. My husband and I only wish that we could eat their food on a regular basis. It was truly a treat and we hope to use them again in the future!

Our wedding was last June at Halter Ranch. PHC was one of the first vendors we booked, and one of the best decisions we made planning our wedding. They were highly recommended by our venue and the food was insanely good. Dawn totally nailed our vision of family style Italian-meets-California-farm-to-table-wine-country. The menu was inspired. Our guests were raving about how delicious everything was. The favorites were the apricot-tarragon glazed chicken and the whipped mashed potatoes. The appetizers were incredible too (my favorite were the sausage-stuffed mushrooms) and everything looked so beautiful

Pacific Harvest came well recommended and now I understand why! From the beginning, the process was seamless. Dawn was communicative and informative, offering experienced insight to a bride who had never planned a big event before. She coordinated our rentals and provided staff to host our bar. The whole team was warm and friendly, and our wedding dinner was flavorful and presented beautifully. 5 stars to Dawn and her team at Pacific Harvest!

Great experience for our wedding! People loved the food and the service was always super quick and helpful in the lead up to the reception and things ran smoothly even when the venue (unrelated to Pacific Harvest) wasn’t helpful and gave us problems, so Dawn and staff really made the experience work and made us relax and enjoy the event (which should be the case on your wedding day!)
Can’t say enough good things about the food and planning and highly recommend them for your special day or any other events you have going!
