Marina is an experienced stylist and one of two proud owners at MaJi Hair Design. With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, Marina has mastered her talents in both hair design and hospitality, leaving her guests feeling confident and impressed. Marina frequently polishes her techniques and further develops her skills through extensive training at Matrix Academy, L'Oreal Professional Academy, and ARROJO seminars.
Each appointment includes a customized shampoo and conditioner treatment as well as a personalized consultation with your stylist to discuss what you are looking to achieve. My first time to Maji, and Jacky did an incredible job cutting my hair .. She is a true pro, very professional and friendly, she listened and took time to make certain that I was happy with the cut .. The entire salon has a great vibe, and Taylor in the reception area is wonderful .. I would not think of going elsewhere ..

Marina is wonderful and really helped me out for a wedding I was attending. She did a beautiful balayage on my hair and it came out better than other times I’ve colored my hair elsewhere. While my hair was processing, I saw Marina give a man a haircut. He came in with a lot of messy hair and when he left his hair looked amazing. I definitely recommend this salon!

I love this Salon and the people in it so much! This was the first professional hair salon experience and now, it's my go to. Every time I go I am so pleased with the results. If you are looking to do anything that has to do with lightening to you hair, Angela is your girl. She has done highlights on my hair quite a few times now and she does an amazing job every time. All the staff at MaJi really look out for whats best for your hair while working to come to a stunning finished product! I could not recommend this salon enough!

There are not enough positive adjectives I can come up with to express how wonderful my experience has been from my from day one at Maji in Mendham. I was fortunate to meet Angela at her previous salon in Mendham and followed her to Maji where I have been with her since. I would not let another person touch my hair since I met Angela. Angela is the very reason that I go to MaJi Hair Design. I was impressed with how easy it was to get my hair done during Covid. I was very very scared to go and she made it very easy. I did not have to spend a long time in the salon and my hair color and cut always come out great. This time I had come in from having colored my own hair during Covid and also had a spiral perm elsewhere in February so I was concerned about damage but she rectified and balanced my hair and my cut and my hair is as healthy as ever I love going to Angela because she really does the right things for you in your hair

I missed them a lot when salons were required to close because of the virus. When it reopened, I was delighted to see the precautions they are taking. I'm so happy they are back.

I have known Marina for years and Jill since they opened. They are professional, creative and love to work with their clients. I always look great when I leave and feel polished. My balayage looks natural and my hair actually has movement. I’ve also had Marina do several formal updos for various events and looked great.
I recently opted for several colors of semi permanent dye by PulpRiot in blues and purple underneath at the back of my head and Kali did a great job. Just the right bit of “fun” during this crazy time! You are never too old for a little fun and they are ready to help you

Angela does amazing highlights on my hair every time I come in. It never is brassy and Angela creates the perfect tones for my hair. I travel to Mendham every few months just to get my hair done by her because I no longer trust anyone else with my hair! My family and friends come here as well. Everyone always asks me where I got my hair done because of how beautifully it always turns out. The salon is very clean and everyone who works here is extremely nice. I really recommend coming here if you’re looking for a good quality salon as it has changed my hair dramatically.
