Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop, had my vehicle for 4 days for a coolant leak replacement of upper and lower thermostat housing quoted me a price of $345 labor and $183 for parts. Then one of the mechanics rounded off a bolt head on the lower unit sent me a picture of bolt that they destroyed and then wanted to charge me extra for something there mechanic destroyed and when I challenged the mechanic why should I pay for your mistake that your mechanic clearly destroyed and never discussed any price change before you start running up a bill without my consent he

S/O to the Total Performance crew… They were able to get me scheduled at a convenient time so that the car wouldn’t sit forever awaiting repair.. car was fixed and back to me fast and they did exactly what I asked them to do… They also send you pics and do an overall inspection that allow you to know the items on your car that are in working order and what needs to be changed… definitely will use them again!

I took my car for an oil change to Lisa and not only did they pick it up from my job they were prompt and they brought it back to me at my job. They are friendly they answered all my questions and they emailed me a copy of what they found wrong with my vehicle and the estimate on how much they would charge me to fix it. I never had no one do that. And they did the same thing to my daughters car. They are awesome I will take our cars there from now on.

Motor started to go on my Jeep. Based on all the great reviews, I stopped by the shop to see what they could do. Shannon, Lisa and Brenda were all very friendly, helpful and kept me updated. They worked with me on replacement engine options. Shannon installed the motor in a reasonable time and made sure everything was in working order. Shannon went above and beyond, working after hours/weekends to make sure I was good to go. 10 out of 10 service, I would definitely recommend Total Performance to anyone looking for a good, honest, reputable shop.

Absolutely unbeatable service! Not only have Shannon and Lisa kept my old car in running shape, but they diagnosed an engine problem early and helped me decide on the best options to keep me on the road. Today, Lisa inspected a used car I was thinking about buying. She found that there was more damage than the owner let on and saved me from making a bad purchase! The whole staff is friendly and helpful!! If you need any help with your vehicles, you won't be disappointed with Total Performance!

I am so thankful to have been recommended to Total Performance. Shannon and Lisa are top notch all around - they are very friendly and responsive, want to explain what is going on and be sure you understand, and have your best interest in mind...honestly. They could have made a lot of money by doing some additional repairs on my used vehicle, but instead they delivered bad news with understanding and compassion - explaining to me my options and providing their professional recommendation. I appreciate their approach and would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Total Performance.
