I’ve been seeing Dr. Hinder for a few years now and can’t say enough good things about him and his awesome staff....for example just before Christmas I had to see him for an emergency fix!!! I was his last appointment before their Christmas break—-He was wonderful as always and worked with me till the issue was resolved.... never once acting hurried and ready to get on with his time off!!! The girls were the same way...Everyone there made me feel welcome as they always do!!! Love y’all!!!

I have previously had a few poor experiences with dentists but Dr. Hinder and his staff have been nothing but helpful and professional. The office is clean and has a calming vibe to it and Dr. Hinder truly listens, examines with care and explains his diagnosis and treatment plans clearly. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone in the Jacksonville area.

My favorite dentist! My whole family comes here and we have always had a great experience.
The office is very peaceful and pleasant with great front desk staff. They're always cheerful, helpful and prompt. They are very diligent about confirming appointments, but I enjoy that because that means they can usually get you in off the cancellation list.
Dr Hinder is great! He's super nice, to the point, does great work and never pushes anything on you. I trust him 100% with anything he recommends.

Dental appointments may not be on your top ten things to do, but they have to be done (or at least they should be). When I think of the dentist, I think of a kind, caring, efficient, and friendly place to go. No, it's not a magical experience, but it is pleasant.
I've been to my share of dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, you name the mouth doctor and I've probably visited a specialist in that field. When I moved to Jax I was looking for someone I could trust and my better half suggested Dr. Hinder. Well folks let me tell you, he's been my go to dentist.

I went here for the first time because I wasn't happy with my previous dentist and they have 7:00am appointment. The office was extremely clean and it was almost like a vacation home, not a dental office. The staff was was really friendly and seems genuinely happy even such early in the morning. I didn't see the regular dentist because he was sick but the substitute dentist was really knowledgeable and informative. I will definitely come back!

Terrible that I have to give this review, but everyone should be on notice. I was out of the country on vacation, without cellular service, and when I was able to receive texts.. I had several texts trying to confirm my appointment. I made this appointment because it fits into my schedule so I knew I would make it. Then I started getting nasty texts saying they were going to cancel if I didn't respond by a given date. I texted saying this was bull and I didn't want anymore threatening to cancel texts and I also wanted an apology. I have never missed or been late for an appointment

Two friends recommended Dr Hinder to me and I am so glad I decided to make the switch. Him and his team are super friendly, the office is not only in a great location but very clean. His equipment is top notch too. I no longer dread going to the dentist. He makes you feel right at home and goes over everything so you understand.

I've had general cleanings and a filling repaired (I think it was a bridge - more involved than a generic filling). The staff is gentle while doing cleanings and other work. Professional and on time. Everyone I've dealt with in the office is polite and easy to talk to. Prices seem comparable to other dentists I've worked with. I like that I'm not pushed to purchase products and other services. Occasionally, recommendations are made and never feel like I'm being sold. Helpful in getting appointments scheduled. Plenty of parking connected to the building. Building is on second floor, though not first

Great visit today. Who even says this about a dentist office? Dr. Hinder spotted a crack in a tooth at last visit. Recommends getting a small crown before the crack travels towards the root. I have been going here for years and he has not ever recommended procedures I don't need so I schedule a visit. I am out in under 2 hours. Crown is manufactured in his lab on site so there is no return visit required. Absolutely painless. My share with insurance is $400. Flawless customer service. Gotta live it. I asked him if he wanted to be in a photo and he said yes. 😁

Outstanding dentist and a top notch practice. The entire team is some sort of amazing. Smart, skilled, thorough, professional, caring, kind and friendly. I know whether I am having my teeth cleaned or having dental work I will be pleased with the result. The quality of work is high. By far my favorite dentist and team ever.

I have been going to Dr. Hinder for about 10 years and couldn't be more satisfied. His equipment is state-of-the-art, his facilities are extremely clean and fresh, his staff very friendly and efficient and his technicians wonderfully competent and proficient. As for Dr. Hinder himself, great expertise, provides excellent advice and does not recommend anything that is not necessary. A wonderful 10 year association with a great dentist

Paul Hinder and his staff are the best!! Caring and pro-active with dental health. State of the art equipment for x-rays, crowns, restorations and fillings. Bonus is HGTV on the ceiling to watch as you are having procedures. A beach-themed office that enhances a healthy and peaceful experience. Both my husband and I have been going to Dr. Hinder for years. Suzanne is the best dental hygienist ever!!

Excellent dental practice. Dr. Hinter is great really understands the science of dentistry and the science of the body. He takes time to explain what he is doing and why. I am a firm believer that we are to take care of our own bodies and Dr Hinter helps me to do that. Also the staff is excellent, very friendly knowledgeable and professional. Really great. I don't often to rate 5 stars but this practice deserves it.

Dr. Hinder is excellent dentist and great bedside manner. He makes his own crowns in the office which is so much better. It took two hours to get a new crown and fits perfectly. The office is very modern and very clean and all the staff are so helpful. I highly recommend them if you need a new dentist.
