The staff is very nice and thorough, from explaining your treatment options going over the items on your statement. If you have questions, ask, they will take the time to help you understand everything they are doing and what gets billed to insurance. Give them the opportunity to discuss a plan for you.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! Dr. Wagner and his assistants are amazing to say the least, they are all extremely knowledgeable and make going to the dentist a great experience. I came in wanting a Smile Makeover with porcelain veneers and Dr. Wagner knocked it out of the park. Can’t say enough good things about Dr Wagner and his team. I have seen many specialists for TMJ pain over the years who all told me there was no way to help me, so I resigned myself to never getting better. However, Dr Wagner’s confidence and dedication to treating these conditions inspired me to give it a try. Very quickly he was able to show how changing my bite would significantly reduce my pain. I had TMJ disorder for years that went untreated by my dentists. It would wax and wane and I lived with it until it reached a crescendo. I was in terrible pain and researching for answers. I found Dr. Wagner and the moment I met him and his staff I knew these were competent people whom I could trust. Caveat Emptor! I was a new patient from out of state who had just finished 3 years of Invisalign so I saw my dentist regularly. My teeth cleanings were always covered (twice a year) Delta Dental and my reports were good. Eccella said I needed a $300 cleaning and almost $1400 in dental work. I trusted- they maxed out my insurance for the year($2000) and I had to pay almost $1400 out of pocket. in 20 years I had not maxed this out. I was overcharged with extra X-rays (not communicated) & an extra cavity I was told would be $40 was actually $135.

Honestly, I've never had to wish a dentist spent less time with me. Dr. Wagner wanted to ensure he had adequate time to go over my dental plan and understand not only my goals for my oral health but also my budget. I really love this practice. They are centered around the patient experience, provide you tools to feel confident and, to be honest, it's nice. Very nice. Not sterile whatsoever. Oh and did I mention I received a hand-written thank you card after my visit? I like it!
