Dr. Harrison was born in Richmond, Virginia, and moved to Jacksonville, Florida with his family in 1967. He attended Terry Parker High School and graduated in 1979. From there, he attended Jacksonville University and received a Bachelor Degree in Science. He graduated from Louisville School of Dentistry with his Doctor of Medical Dentistry Degree, and has practiced in the Jacksonville area since 1989.
