Praises to Judy, owner of World of Flowers for going out of her way to make sure my Mom's 97th birthday was more than special !. I had ordered flowers from another Durham florist from out of state, had email confirmation of the delivery date 12/31 but they were not delivered at all and it was now a holiday weekend with mom's birthday on Sunday. It turns out the other florist had not updated their website to reflect they were closed. I called Judy in desperation and she graciously offered to help me. Not only did she make a gorgeous arrangement, she sent me a photo and made sure they were delivered

Over the phone order for a standing spray, spoke to the owner Judy, gave my budget and she gave outstanding results !!

We unfortunately have a funeral to purchase for I had 1 day notice and was out of town. We called and placed order from picture samples we found on website. Customer service was easy and helpful. The best part we received detailed pictures of each piece that was actually delivered in our name. It gave me piece of mind knowing what was given looked just like website. Thank you so much I recommend them 100%

Being in a different state can make ordering flowers a feat. You never know what you're going to end up with, however, in my experience, it's usually much less than I paid for! Tired of using FTD's "as pictured, better, best" options since no matter the choice, they still end up the same, I decided to call florists directly. This led me to World of Flowers and I'm so glad it did. Not only are they doing same day delivery, it was only a matter of a couple of hours. Upon completing the arrangement, they even sent me a picture of it to make sure I was happy before they delivered it and they were gorgeous

My partner picked up flowers for me and it is a really beautiful arrangement. He said Ms. Judy put it together right there based on what he wanted to spend and it's perfect!

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my folks for Thanksgiving Day since I would not be seeing them that day. The order never was delivered however (we can laugh at this now) a small vase of flowers showed up that very day -which we figured out later ...it was from a neighbor next door. It had no tag..not even a ribbon.) Thinking it was the flowers I ordered I couldn't believe I spent almost $50 for something so small. I contacted World of Flowers and they never received the order off the Server. My order never went through. However...they wanted to make it right and delivered the BIGGEST

Ms. Judy was absolutely wonderful. True Southern hospitality ! I called from out of state with special requests to place an order for a cousin. MS. Judy went above and beyond to accommodate me and delivered a beautiful arrangement right on time! Would highly recommend!

This review is overdue but I was so impressed with this florist, I wanted to still give them 5 stars. We found out about a relative's funeral the same day it was occurring. We live in Ohio and looked up florists to order flowers from. Several other florists would not even consider a same day, Saturday never the less, delivery. Judy did not hesitate in helping us out. Thanks to her, we were able to send our sympathies in time and heard the flowers were beautiful. She actually sent us a photo since she knew we would not be able to see the flowers in person. I ordered anniversary flowers for my wife and a plant for my cousin's funeral on the same order. Both arrangements were beautiful (my order of a dozen roses had 2 extra!), delivery was on-time and the prices were reasonable. What more could you want from a florist? I'll be going back to World of Flowers!!
