If it was possible to give this business a zero, I would. When it was time to close our account because we no longer wanted to rent our house, the accountant made various errors and almost had me over pay hundreds of dollars. She was so insistent her accounting was correct, I had to involve my husband - who is an accountant - to help her see her errors.

I went to apply for a 2 bed 2 bath for my husband and I, and I did put that he will be staying with me at the one I was looking at. I finished the application and paid for the application fee and when my husband tried to apply for the same place, they took it off their website right away. I'm unemployed and he's the one working right now. So how was he supposed to apply if they took it off their website? I want my $40 if my husband isn't able to apply for the same place I applied for.

Does it usually take 1-2 weeks(over a month one time) to get a plumber out for a service call? We have had horrible plumbing over the years and you guys leave us for weeks and months without a functional bathroom, and a kitchen that we can't cook in. Would advise people to steer clear from renting through Mid Cal Management. I'm about to go to the better business bureau to see if this is acceptable business practice.

I rented from Mid-Cal for over a year. They took care of the property and answered any Maintenance requests promptly. The office staff Crystal and Veronica were always helpful and friendly. They were very efficient and did a move out inspection with me and also gave me an opportunity to go back and touch up things I had missed. Very efficient and returned my security deposit in a timely manner. I would highly recommend renting from Mid-Cal Property Management.

I just moved into the perfect little condo this past weekend. Due to the home I was renting being sold, with a quicker than normal escrow closing, I had an extremely limited time to find a new home that would meet my needs. The staff at Mid-Cal were so helpful and friendly when helping me find a home and then understanding the short timeline I had for moving into it, they went above and beyond when it came to processing all the necessary paperwork and getting my new home ready for me. They have been a pleasure to work with.

This is a good agency to rent from! We were able to find a affordable place in a nice area in Visalia. The application process was easy and Crystal helped us every step of the way! We have been renters almost a year and enjoy our place, it’s very clean the neighbors are nice and quiet. the area is very quiet and we feel safe , I recommend anyone looking for a place to go to Mid Cal Property Management first and try it out they will try their best to take care of you.
