I rented for 3 years and 3 months and it was not until today when I spoke with Anna did I ever feel I received professional and courteous customer care and service, with the exception of the young lady who initially showed me the property. First of all let me say this experience with RPM has been and nothing short of top notch! I was looking to secure my first apartment. ANNA was so patient and kind with me. She answered every single question (I had a lot lol) and she was so responsive! The property manager company itself, 1 star. If that… However, Anna it’s by far the most professional, understanding, educating and customer service friendly employee within this company. She has gone far above and beyond in comparison to her colleagues. I have had numerous issues with incompleteness from the maintenance dept, leasing, etc. Anna responded to all my concerns and escalated my concerns to the appropriate people and has consistently checked to see if the issue is resolved.
