Shady! Made us sign a release just to get a refund, good thing I didnt sign it, after reviewing all the reviews online. Soo many people have had similar experiences. Not Board certified, long wait, poor communication. I could go on and on. Filed a formal complaint with the BBB, bank, Insurance and Texas Medical Board.
