Dynasty Real Estate is a full service real estate brokerage serving California since 2004. As Dynasty RE Online continues to expand we are keep adding more areas to our service coverage. If you are an agent who sells real estate outside of our current service area, we still can work together and you can enjoy our 100% commission structure with no recurring fee policy.
Real estate agents who are located outside of our service area upon sign up are responsible for one-time $200 refundable deposit to cover their Local Real Estate Association membership fees.This deposit will be immediately refunded to you upon completion of your first real estate transaction. All agents are paid 100% commissions minus a $495 Broker Fee per closed transaction. If your file is complete, your commissions check will be mailed or sent overnight to you the same day we receive the check from escrow. All agents receive detailed training and support on individual basis. We value your time and ask the same in return.
Most real estate brokers charge their agents monthly fees. This is how it has been done for many years and has been an unchallenged territory until now. Dynasty RE Online has a simple policy of zero monthly fees, none, nada, zero, zilch. We hope this is clear. Traditional brokers justify their fees due to ongoing expenses they have assumed themselves.
Dynasty RE Online provides clients and agents with a full-service real estate package. Our mortgage department operating as MPower Mortgage Inc. helps our agents and clients to obtain necessary lending in house and eliminates delays so often associated with outside lenders. It helps all parties complete real estate transactions painlessly, timely and most effectively.

Dishonest and unethical - agent didn’t disclose she was buyers husband, invited contractor into our home unannounced and without approval by us or our agent. Questioned our request that safe protocol be used because of our COVID concerns, pulled out of deal at last minute. Worst real estate experience in 50 years. I do not recommend this company or P.O. If I could give a negative star I would.

I am a single mother who is opening a new chapter in my life. I was concerned about the quality of school districts for my kids and I got such great advice from Dynasty Real Estate. I was concerned about my children's safety and my own and I expressed that I wanted to be in a gated community in Rancho. They found me a beautiful home with the right sized yard, gated in a wonderful neighborhood. I wish I could give them a 10 star for making my new life such a fantastic one.
