I love this place. I have my 19 month old and my almost 3 yr old here, both boys. I love how the place is on one floor and divided into 4 sections, however, it still feels like one cohesive unit. This was important to my 2 boys who are very bonded to each other. It all feels very open. I feel the staff actually love my kids, in an appropriate, healthy, and comforting way and my kids love them too.
At Devlin's Child Development Center, day care is so much more than just watching over your children. Our highly trained teachers and staff members work tirelessly toward our goal of providing child care in a warm, attentive environment that makes your child feel safe and happy.
At our child care center, we maintain a separate area for infants and babies away from toddlers where they can nap, use baby swings and get floor time on their backs and tummies. This area is kept spotlessly clean and free of small objects and toys used by older children in our after school program.

Choosing the right preschool isn't easy. Making the wrong decision can negatively affect your child's future. You can make a checklist of what you're looking for when you're shopping for a preschool in Sandy or Salt Lake City, but you also want to give weight to longevity and experience. New schools with new ideas may look exciting, but they are as yet unproven.
At Devlin's Child Development Center, we believe learning doesn't stop at the end of the school day. In our after school care programs in Sandy and Salt Lake City, your children get the benefit of expanding their knowledge and experiences in a safe, enriching environment. While U.S. public schools perform an important function, parents must find care for the period of time between when school ends and the workday ends.

Worst daycare ever. My son’s head got stuck underneath a “temporary wall” that had been there for 17 years, obviously they had no intention of replacing it to be safe. He had to get staples in his head. One of the women had like 9 of her own children there and clearly favored them over everyone else’s kids. Talked over me every chance she got and made up lies about my kids when I had issues with other kids touching my oldest son inappropriately. The main woman, Karen was grumpy and extremely rude all of the time. I can’t believe they’re still even operating.

We went to Devlins for lots & lots of years & me & my 2 sisters & brother hated it here! Carrin the head lady was always angry 😡 & always screaming at all of us or someone all the time cause she’s older & grouchy & all her kids are all grown up now & I’m sure that’s what makes her not happy & she doesn’t understand that we’re kids and we just want to play and have fun. But everything upsets her. Time out time out!! She just always eating or on her phone. Kids can’t say bad words there but she can. Not a fun place at all. & this daycare isn’t a good place to come.

We have used Devlins for the past 2 yrs. The teachers have all been very respectful, loving and they really get to know each individual child and their specific personality. The manager, Carrin, is easy to work with, listens to my concerns and provides great advice. My first few months I felt anxious leaving my baby so I called several times a day and was always responded to with warmth and compassion. As my little one has grown older, she has looked forward to going to see her friends. During the weekends she asks about them and her teachers.

My daughter has been here for about 8 months and we have been happy with the experience. My daughter was 2 when we switched daycare's and she wasn't potty trained, we worked on it at home every day but she wasn't catching on. The previous daycare she was at wouldn't work on it at all. At Devlin she was trained within 2-3 months. The staff has also always seemed kind and caring. My daughter always leaves saying she had fun.

Didn't have anyone who could pick up my child for a week, so wasn't taking them to daycare, they were kicked out without any sort of notice or contact. Head office gal, Karen, is very physical and not only did my children experienced but witnessed her multiple times digging her nails into other children's arms.
