The term "Redpoint" is a climbing term that refers to completing a route which has been unsuccessful on other attempts. Whether you're dealing with a new injury, or you have a chronic problem that you have been unable to resolve, we are confident we can help you reach your goals and improve your quality of life.
At Redpoint, we offer a fresh approach to physical rehab - We won't simply treat body parts. We'll treat people. Our thorough approach provides a superior rehab experience and includes a combination of skilled manual therapy, as well as a comprehensive list of highly specific therapeutic exercises.

I suffered from tendonitis in my right knee prior to coming to Redpoint. Since working with the PTs, I can run pain-free, and I also have gained more awareness about the mechanics of running and weightlifting. Besides fixing my tendonitis, the PTs have helped my ankle mobility, hip strength, and ability to "fire my glutes." Everyone there is so friendly and clearly wants to help everyone who comes through their doors. I cannot recommend Redpoint enough!

My family has gone to Redpoint PT for about 10 years now for different injuries. They helped avoid needing back surgery and work extremely well with my daughter after multiple sports injuries (Achilles, dislocation and post labral repair). The staff is always so friendly and helpful!! I highly recommend Liz and her team to all my friends and family members.

I have received top notch treatment, every session. It's a smaller, intimate setting, so you get really personalized therapy. The staff is very approachable, and really take the time to teach you why each exercise/treatment modality is important. I felt empowered to participate in my own treatment, and got excellent results! I'll go back for all my PT needs!

After struggling with shoulder issues for over two years, visiting other PTs, and not getting better, I had practically given up hope of ever being able to live normally again! Before meeting up with Dr. Sims, I was not able to carry my own groceries, lift laundry, and carry school books - I had to rely on others to help me with tasks necessary for my daily life!
I happened to reconnect with Dr. Sims through an old friend and right away she assured me that my issue was an easy fix. After several months of sessions with Dr. Sims, I am grateful to report that I am well on the road to recovery and

I have been in treatment with Dr. Sims for many ailments that I have had over the years. I started out with her when she worked with another company but was so happy when she ventured out on her own. She is very caring about her patients and where I have found other places or people fail me in the past Dr. Sims did not. Her hands on approach and her caring nature are evident with every visit. She really strives to make you well and takes on that as a challenge to get you where you need to be. The atmosphere is more personal as well than those other "factory" feeling physical therapy places
