At first things seamed fine.. but almost one year later I have an infection and his office has not returned my calls. I went to the ER yesterday and they have me on antibiotics for my swollen painful chest.. this was a very stressful experience I still have to pay some one to make this look right.. I have Breast that hang still he did not do his job in my opinion but he took my money and abandoned me as his client.. I went in to remove gynocamastia one year and 6 Grand later I still have gynocamastia.
Thank u Dr Jay pensler for absolutely nothing...

Dr. Pensler is a brilliant Dr. I suffered from gynecomastia from 13 years of age. Painful, ever present until the age of 23. The first consultation I was well aware of the procedure . His bedside manner is great and the results, perfect. Dr. Pensler is 5 stars top to bottom. Life changing for me.

Dr Pensler is one of the top rated doctors in the country at what he does with good reason. Extremely professional yet courteous and friendly (including all his staff). Very high quality work with excellent results as well.

I visited a few months back, one of my few consultations. The office was in a fantastic building, however his office was beyond strange. Not one single item of information in the waiting room, one staff member....I felt that I was in an office that may have been relevant 25 years ago. My elementary nurses office was nicer. He came in with just a camera and the questions he was asking did not apply. I ended up walking out due to the pit in my stomach.

I purposely waited almost a year to write this so I can review my final results. All I can say is, I love the results and only regret not meeting Dr. Pensler 20 years ago! All Staff members are caring polite and helpful. Doctor was extremely attentive and patient. Thank you for everything you have done for my life wellness.

Extremely happy with my surgery! Was very very nervous that the results would not be what i expected but wow was i wrong. The whole experience was great from my consultation to surgery and even after care. Its been almost 3 month since my surgery and my scaring is next to nothing!! Definitely would recommend I have a great experience!!
