Being a real estate broker I have worked with a lot of inspectors over the years and I can honestly say that Tim is one of the best I have worked with. The inspection he performed was more involved than most considering there were 3 separate buildings on the property. He was on time (actually beat us to the property!), super focused, worked diligently for hours to make sure he covered every inch of every building, and then gave my buyers a very honest and concise evaluation. Thank you Tim! I hope we get a chance to work together again in the future!

Tim M. Hance, Owner, All Islands Home Inspections was able to come in do the inspection within a short period of time. His report showed numerous pictures of the property where there was damage that needed repaired. This was very helpful because I do not live in the state of WA. and I was able to see all damage. After the inspection the report was sent to me in an appropriate time span. The Realtors and I were very happy with Tim's work and the speed in which it was completed.

Could not have been happier ! Tim Lanse is not only a very good inspector but an amazing person as well. He takes the time to explain everything he is going to do and then takes the time to explain exactly what he found and what you should do about it. And when he told me things that needed to be fixed and I didn't exactly understand I would say "Show me" and he would take me to the exact spot and show me what he found and explain what to do about it. Tim did a thorough and professional inspection of a residential property, identifying a number of issues that needed to be addressed in the near term, as well as items that should be monitored.
