I wish I could put into words how great this office is. I've always been anxious about going to the dentist but they are so warm and welcoming. Renee, Beth, Dr. Laubmeier himself. Dr. Laubmeier is so friendly, honest and helpful. I lived 10 minutes away from there when I started as a patient and now I live 40 minutes away, well worth the drive.

Don’t understand what’s hard about being nice to people. I’ve been going there since I was a kid [my mom chose them, they are close to where we have always lived], spent thousands and owed 42.00. I got new insurance thru Medicaid when I switched jobs and honestly didn’t know they didn’t cover it. I came in with my credit card ready to pay and she said she will charge me 35.00 for the missed appointment because I didn’t want to pay 226.00 to get my teeth cleaned. I just said send it in the mail. She also made a snarky comment about how I was supposed to call from the parking lot to come

I chose this dental practice because conveniently located to me, but I really lucked out! Really wonderful, attentive staff who have gone to bat for me with my insurance company, which I REALLY appreciate. Everyone seems really happy to be working here, which makes a huge difference. Dr. Laubmeier really takes the time to educate and explain, even going so far as to draw a picture of my tooth and where the crack was in it, which no dentist has ever done for me before. It makes me feel like I can trust that Dr. Laubmeier isn't in this to make an extra buck; he really cares about MY care and wants

I went to this dental office for a second opinion after being told I needed a thousand dollars (with insurance!) worth of procedures. I have been going regularly to the dentist throughout my whole life and never had an issue, so I was very surprised and decided to try another office and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Laubmeier's practice. He listened to all of my concerns and explained in detail why I did not need those procedures, still maintaining extreme professionalism towards the other dental practice, he answered all my questions and concerns and of course I asked to switch my care to

I can't say enough about this office. I'm so in love with every single aspect of this place. If you ever want to be excited to have a cleaning, a cavity filled, a tooth replaced, or just laugh for the entire visit, you have to come here. I first found out about this office when my tooth fell out ( on my birthday) and just talking to them on the phone, I was comfortable (I was a wreck prior). Since then, I've been able to get in with no wait, I get to the office early, but I'm so excited to see everyone and say hi, and sad to leave Bc I feel as if they have become my best

From a young age, I have been skeptical of the dental profession. Between being told I needed unnecessary procedures, aggressive pitches for products and services I didn't want, and a lack of oral hygiene education, I became distrustful and developed anxiety going to the dentist. So I stopped! Thankfully, I've never had a cavity and have enjoyed strong, healthy teeth for all of my 36 years.
BUT, despite my best efforts, aging is getting the best of me and I've noticed that calculus/tartar has recently formed anyway. I decided to finally go to the dentist after 17 years of avoiding it. My children

Great with patients of all ages, just be aware that the office is not handicap accessible - hallways are too narrow for any mobility assistance other than a cane (walkers/rollaters won't get through, step up to get into the building) and the only handicap parking space is for the animal hospital next door.

Dr Laubmeier is a highly knowledgeable and skilled dentist The doctor instills confidence with his friendly chairside demeanor combined with a constant reassuring dialogue in which he explains all the procedures he is performing so that there are no surprises. Jeffrey Laubmeier performs many procedures such as extractions and inserting implants with the skill of an oral surgeon. I had a number of teeth pulled with no pain or complications. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The final bills I paid were more than reasonable. I felt like tipping the entire office when my treatment ended!

I've been going to Dr. Laubmeier for a number of years. Everyone at the office is friendly and nice and makes each visit as easy as possible. The visits are thorough and reasonably priced (as I don't buy dental insurance). They offer payment plans and other plans to cover the cost of xrays and your 2x/year cleanings.
During a routine cleaning a few years ago, Dr. Laubmeier noticed I had a potential problem in my gums and referred me to a periodontist, who was able to correct it. He is diligent, as are the dental hygienists, and front desk staff. Honestly, everyone there is pretty great

They did do a quick repair on a broken tooth. And 4 months in it is still OK. The office is dated but seems clean. However, the gave me aninaccurate quote on what my insurance would cover and was backbilled. I was told "I needed to know my own insurance" and am being charged 10% intrest on the unpaid bill.

I have been looking for a fabulous dentist literally for years! I moved to Cleveland about 4 years ago from Ann Arbor, Michigan and have never found a better dentist! I would actually drive all the way back to Michigan to see my dentist!

Everyone in this office was very nice. I was terrified of going to the dentist as it's been awhile since I've been in one.. and i knew I had a few issues... But from the moment I walked in the door the staff helped me calm down, relax, and get started on fixing my smile!
