I love going to CLE Smiles. It is clean and they are very friendly. Dr. Niki is approachable, easy to talk to, and overall a great Dentist. I was going to someone else and they were always double booked and you would have to wait for hours even with an appointment. I am thankful I switched myself and my wife. My past experience with dentists have been quite horrific. i currently have a metal filling from my previous dentist that is composed of nickel, which i'm highly allergic to. my previous dentist lied about what it was made out of, knowing i was allergic... anyway, Dr. Niki and the hygenist who cleaned my teeth, Angie, were both amazing! they showed genuine care for my allergies, they explained what they were going to do before they did something, and continuously asked for consent. Angie even wrapped some gauze around some of the metal parts that were coming in contact w my skin to limit any

I would like to start this review by thanking Dr. Cochran, Heather, Mays, and Donna. These ladies made my experience at the dentist seamless. I am someone that struggles with bad anxiety especially when it comes to the dentist. They not only made me feel comfortable but excited to go back to get my teeth cleaned in June. I am not kidding. I would recommend this office to anyone looking to get any work done or just a check up. I had a deep cleaning and my front teeth filled in. Ive never felt more confident in my smile. I am truly grateful for what they did for me.

This Is the best dentist in the country man I've been going here since I was 6 years old the dentist and the assistants here are the best they really know what there doing and I will continue to go back u till I don't have teeth anymore probably when I'm like 70 lol BTW I'm currently 25 thanks for all the great services over the years!

I recommend taking your business elsewhere if professionalism and transparent communication are important to you.
I visited Dr. Cochran for what was supposed to be a relatively simple procedure. I had a cavity under a filling that required an on-lay. My experience with Dr. Cochran was terrible. I was not treated with care and was in constant pain. Procedures were not clearly explained to me and my concerns were ignored and downplayed. They struggled in front of me to figure out which tooth they were working on and I was once numbed on the wrong side of my mouth. I went into every appointment stressed

My boss recommended CLEVELAND SMILES.
Very nice people. Got my teeth cleaned and they use water spray thing that was more comfortable than the traditional metal scraper tools. DR NIKI was very nice and explained ALL work needed. So I won't walk around ALL mushmouth. Lol.
UPDATE:
DR SCOTT DID MY FILLING. WHAT A NICE AND FAST DENTIST. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AS HE DID PROCEDURE. IF YOU ARE A SCRADY CAT OF DENTIST MAKE YOUR APPT FOR FRIDAY WITH DR SCOTT. HE WOULD BE VERY GOOD FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE SCARED OF DENTIST.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Niki and her crew! I had the WORST broken potato chip looking teeth you could imagine. And because of how bad they were going into the dentist was humiliating. Dr. Niki and her staff made me feel wicked relaxed and comfortable and gave me the confidence of a whole new smile. Pricing was wonderful and affordable.

Dr. Cochran and Heather are the best! I really didn't care to go to the dentist just because I hated them all. Then my wife found Dr. Cochran office and I have totally changed my mind about the dentist visits. You walk in and it seems as if everyone knows you, they all seem to always have a good day and they take care of you! I owe a lot to Dr. Cochran, she got me to stop chewing and now I couldn't be happier!!! Heather does a wonderful job cleaning teeth and to have a great one way conversation (can't always respond with her hands in my mouth). I can go on and on about this awesome

I've had several years of fantastic service from Dr. Cochran's office. From regular cleanings with my favorite hygienist, Heather, to the pleasant and professional office staff and including an emergency removal of a rogue caraway seed, everyone here cares about my teeth! The office is always clean and cheerful, the available services are state-of-the-art, and I know I am getting solid advice on my dental needs.
